Abstract
【解決手段】ハウジング1内に、内歯車2、外歯車3、偏心軸部材4及びオルダム継手部材5が収容されている。外歯車は、内歯車に外歯の一部が噛合するように配置され、回転軸を含む面上で平行に所定距離オフセットした偏心軸を中心に回転可能に支持され、オルダム継手部材は、偏心軸部材の本体軸部が収容される案内孔を有し、案内孔内に本体軸部が回転可能に支持されている。オルダム継手部材に対向する側の外歯車の回転面には、軸部材(ピン7、7)が保持されると共に、その回りに摺動部材8、8が回転可能に支持され、これらの摺動部材を介してオルダム継手部材が外歯車に対し摺動可能に支持されている。

Claims (5)
- ハウジング内に収容され、該ハウジングに対し所定の回転軸を中心に回転可能に支持される内歯車と、
該内歯車に外歯の一部が噛合するように配置され、前記回転軸を含む面上で平行に所定距離オフセットした偏心軸を中心に回転可能に支持される外歯車と、
前記回転軸を軸芯とする入力軸部及び前記偏心軸を軸芯とする偏心軸部を本体軸部の両側に有し、前記偏心軸部が前記外歯車に回転可能に支持されると共に、前記入力軸部が前記ハウジングに回転可能に支持される偏心軸部材と、
該偏心軸部材の前記本体軸部が収容される案内孔を有し、該案内孔内に前記本体軸部が回転可能に支持されるオルダム継手部材であって、前記ハウジングに対し摺動可能に支持されると共に、前記ハウジングに対する摺動方向に対して直交する方向で前記外歯車に対し摺動可能に支持されるオルダム継手部材と、
該オルダム継手部材に対向する側の前記外歯車の回転面に保持される軸部材と、
該軸部材回りに回転可能に支持される摺動部材とを備え、
該摺動部材を介して前記オルダム継手部材が前記外歯車に対し摺動可能に支持されていることを特徴とする歯車伝動機構。 - 前記オルダム継手部材は、前記偏心軸を中心とした径方向に延在する溝部を有し、該溝部に前記摺動部材が嵌合して摺動可能に支持されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の歯車伝動機構。
- 前記摺動部材は、前記径方向に長尺の直方体形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の歯車伝動機構。
- 前記摺動部材は、前記軸部材に回転可能に支持される円筒状回転体であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の歯車伝動機構。
- 前記軸部材は、前記外歯車に固着されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一向に記載の歯車伝動機構。
