Description

[0001] 本開示は、概して、側方から見る化学的インジケータデバイスに関する。必ずしも全体的ではないがより具体的には、本開示は、反応容器内における化学的インジケータの存在を検知するための簡便で可搬式の低コストなデバイスを提供するためのデバイスに関する。
[0002] 科学的プロセスは長きにわたり様々な波長の電磁放射による当該化学化合物の照明から得られる読み取りによって支えられてきた。例えば、DNA増幅の分野では、対象のDNA配列が増幅されたかどうかを判断するために種々の蛍光染料及び蛍光プローブが使用されている。使用される蛍光染料又は蛍光プローブの種類によっては、当該蛍光染料又は蛍光プローブを適切な電磁放射に曝露し、発生した蛍光を、色フィルタを介して見ることによって蛍光が現れる。
Claims (20)
- アパーチャと、
照明を提供するための手段と、
少なくとも1つの試験管を、前記アパーチャを通して見るのに適切な位置に維持するための構造と、を備え、
前記アパーチャと、照明を提供するための前記手段と、少なくとも1つの試験管を維持するための前記構造とが、少なくとも1つの試験管が前記デバイス内に配置される場合に、観察者が前記少なくとも1つの試験管を前記照明の方向に対してほぼ垂直な角度で見るように構成される、ハウジングを備える、化学的インジケータデバイス。 - 前記アパーチャと、照明を提供するための前記手段と、少なくとも1つの試験管を維持するための前記構造とが、前記観察者が前記少なくとも1つの試験管を前記照明の方向に対して1度以上の角度で見るように構成される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記アパーチャと、照明を提供するための前記手段と、少なくとも1つの試験管を維持するための前記構造とが、前記観察者が前記少なくとも1つの試験管を前記照明の方向に対して10度以上の角度で見るように構成される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記アパーチャと、照明を提供するための前記手段と、少なくとも1つの試験管を維持するための前記構造とが、前記観察者が前記少なくとも1つの試験管を前記照明の方向に対して5度以上の角度で見るように構成される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記アパーチャと、照明を提供するための前記手段と、少なくとも1つの試験管を維持するための前記構造とが、前記観察者が前記少なくとも1つの試験管を前記照明の方向に対して10度以上の角度で見るように構成される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
