Abstract
【解決手段】国内の畜産物のオメガ3とオメガ6の脂肪酸の比率が1:8乃至1:27である現在の畜産農家の状況と異なり、家畜に与えた6ヶ月後からオメガ3とオメガ6の脂肪酸の比率が世界保健機構(WHO)の勧奨比率である1:4以下で100%生産されることができるエゴマ粕を用いた飼料組成物。

Description
1)燕麦または稲藁のうち少なくともいずれか1つを含む粗飼料20〜40重量部を準備する段階、
2)直径1.5〜2.5mmのサイズを有するように破砕し、砂糖、塩、糖蜜のうち少なくともいずれか1つを添加し、ラクトバチルス菌の存在下で45〜55℃で50〜72時間撹拌すると同時に、発酵したエゴマ粕6〜8重量部を準備する段階、
3)穀物、塩、ミネラル及び炭酸カルシウムのうち少なくともいずれか1つ以上の追加材料20〜55重量部を準備する段階、
4)生菌剤0.5〜1.5重量部を準備する段階、
5)前記粗飼料、前記エゴマ粕、前記追加材料、前記生菌剤を混合した混合物を生産する段階、及び
6)前記混合物を発酵熟成する段階を含む。
更に、本発明による飼料組成物は肥育期間(出生20ヶ月以後の雄牛を太らせる期間)と搾乳期間(子牛を出産した以後の乳牛から母乳が出る時期)にある乳牛ともに使用可能であり、混合物を構成する追加材料が穀物の場合は搾乳期間よりも泌乳期間により多い量を添加して使用することができるが、その理由は穀物が有している栄養分は家畜を太らせる役割が大きく作用するところ、搾乳期間に乳牛が太りすぎると、その乳牛の乳線が収縮して子牛に十分な母乳を供給することができなくなる場合が発生し得るので、搾乳期間に接する乳牛には追加材料として使用する穀物の量を泌乳期間にある牛よりも少なく供給するようにする。

Claims (3)
- 飼料組成物100重量部において、前記飼料組成物は、
燕麦または稲藁のうち少なくともいずれか1つを含む粗飼料20〜40重量部、
直径1.5〜2.5mmのサイズを有する破砕されたエゴマ粕(perillameal)6〜8重量部、
穀物、塩、ミネラル及び炭酸カルシウムのうち選択された1つ以上の追加材料20〜55重量部、及び
生菌剤0.5〜1.5重量部を含み、
前記エゴマ粕は直径1.5〜2.5mmの設定サイズを有するように破砕され、家畜から獲得する肉または牛乳のうち少なくともいずれかの1つの畜産物にオメガ3脂肪酸とオメガ6脂肪酸の比率が1:4以下の比率を有するように獲得し、
前記エゴマ粕に砂糖、塩、糖蜜のうち少なくともいずれか1つを添加し、ラクトバチルス菌の存在下で45〜55℃で50〜72時間撹拌すると同時に、発酵して酸敗を防止することを特徴とする、エゴマ粕を用いた飼料組成物。 - 1)燕麦または稲藁のうち少なくともいずれか1つを含む粗飼料20〜40重量部を準備する段階、
2)直径1.5〜2.5mmのサイズを有するように破砕し、砂糖、塩、糖蜜のうち少なくともいずれか1つを添加し、ラクトバチルス菌の存在下で45〜55℃で50〜72時間撹拌すると同時に、発酵したエゴマ粕6〜8重量部を準備する段階、
3)穀物、塩、ミネラル及び炭酸カルシウムのうち少なくともいずれか1つ以上の追加材料20〜55重量部を準備する段階、
4)生菌剤0.5〜1.5重量部を準備する段階、
5)前記粗飼料、前記エゴマ粕、前記追加材料、前記生菌剤を混合した混合物を生産する段階、及び
6)前記混合物を発酵熟成する段階を含むことを特徴とする、エゴマ粕を用いた飼料組成物の製造方法。 - 前記6)段階では、前記生菌剤が投入した日から28〜32時間発酵熟成することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のエゴマ粕を用いた飼料組成物の製造方法。
