Abstract
【解決手段】合わせガラス10は、樹脂板12を含む芯材11と、芯材11の両方の表面に接着層15a及び15bを介して積層された第1ガラスシート13a及び第2ガラスシート13bとを備える。第1ガラスシート13a及び第2ガラスシート13bの厚さは、いずれも、芯材11の厚さよりも薄い。第1ガラスシート13aの外側の表面に接着層15cを介して樹脂製の被覆板14が積層される。第1ガラスシート13a及び第2ガラスシート13bの厚さは、いずれも、芯材11の厚さの1/5以下であることが好ましい。

Description
実施例1では、前記図1に示す合わせガラス10と同様の構成の合わせガラス10を作製した。作製した合わせガラス10の外形寸法は、550mm×650mmであった。合わせガラスの各部材の構成を表1に示す。
実施例2では、前記図1に示す合わせガラス10と同様の構成の合わせガラス10を作製した。作製した合わせガラス10の外形寸法は、450mm×550mmであった。合わせガラス10の各部材の構成を表2に示す。
実施例3では、前記図1に示す合わせガラス10と同様の構成の合わせガラス10を作製した。作製した合わせガラス10の外形寸法は、1150mm×2350mmであった。合わせガラス10の各部材の構成を表3に示す。
実施例4では、前記図1に示す合わせガラス10と同様の構成の合わせガラス10を作製した。作製した合わせガラス10の外形寸法は、350mm×450mmであった。合わせガラス10の各部材の構成を表4に示す。
実施例5では、前記図1に示す合わせガラス10と同様の構成の合わせガラス10を作製した。作製した合わせガラス10の外形寸法は、350mm×450mmであった。合わせガラス10の各部材の構成を表5に示す。
実施例6では、前記図2に示す合わせガラス10と同様の構成の合わせガラス10を作製した。作製した合わせガラス10の外形寸法は、550mm×650mmであった。合わせガラス10の各部材の構成を表6に示す。なお、実施例6の合わせガラス10は、芯材11を除き、実施例1の合わせガラス10と同じ構成とした。
比較例1では、ガラスシートと、その一方の表面に接着層を介して積層された樹脂板とからなる合わせガラスを作製した。作製した合わせガラスの外形寸法は、550mm×650mmであった。合わせガラスの各部材の構成を表7に示す。
比較例2では、実施例1の合わせガラス10と同程度の軽量化が達成できるように、樹脂板及びガラスシートの厚さを設定した。作製した合わせガラスの外形寸法は、550mm×650mmであった。合わせガラスの各部材の構成を表8に示す。

Claims (12)
- 樹脂板を含む芯材と、前記芯材の両方の表面に接着層を介して積層された第1ガラスシート及び第2ガラスシートとを備える合わせガラスであって、
前記第1ガラスシート及び前記第2ガラスシートの厚さは、いずれも、前記芯材の厚さよりも薄く、
前記第1ガラスシートの外側の表面に接着層を介して樹脂製の被覆板が積層されていることを特徴とする合わせガラス。 - 前記第1ガラスシート及び前記第2ガラスシートの厚さは、いずれも、前記芯材の厚さの1/5以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第1ガラスシートの厚さは、前記第2ガラスシートの厚さと異なることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第1ガラスシートの厚さは、前記第2ガラスシートの厚さよりも厚いことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記被覆板の厚さが0.1〜5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記被覆板は、外側の表面に保護膜を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記芯材は、前記樹脂板のみからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記芯材は、前記樹脂板に接着層を介して積層された1枚以上の板状の樹脂製部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記板状の樹脂製部材が、前記樹脂板と異なる材料からなることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記樹脂板が、ポリカーボネート、アクリル又はポリエチレンテレフタレートからなり、
前記被覆板が、ポリカーボネート、アクリル又はポリエチレンテレフタレートからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の合わせガラス。 - 前記第1ガラスシート及び前記第2ガラスシートは、いずれも、無アルカリガラスシートであることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の合わせガラス。
- 乗り物の窓ガラスに用いられることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の合わせガラス。
