Claims (7)
- 口部を有する有底筒状のプリフォームを所定形状の液体入り容器に成形する液体ブロー成形方法であって、
前記口部を密封しない第1位置にまでブローノズルを下降させる第1ノズル下降工程と、
前記第1位置にある前記ブローノズルから前記プリフォームの内部に液体を供給しつつ該プリフォームの内部の空気を前記口部と前記ブローノズルとの隙間から外部に排出させる気液置換工程と、
前記気液置換工程の後、前記口部を密封する第2位置にまで前記ブローノズルを下降させる第2ノズル下降工程と、
前記第2位置にある前記ブローノズルから前記プリフォームの内部に液体を供給して該プリフォームを所定形状にブロー成形するブロー成形工程と、を有することを特徴とする液体ブロー成形方法。 - 前記気液置換工程において前記プリフォームの内部へ供給される液体の圧力及び/又は流速が、前記ブロー成形工程において前記プリフォームの内部へ供給される液体の圧力及び/又は流速よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の液体ブロー成形方法。
- 前記プリフォームは、前記口部の内周面に該口部の開口端から軸方向に向けて延びるとともに前記ブローノズルの外径よりも大径の拡径部と該拡径部の下端から径方向内側に向けて延びる段差面とを有するものであり、
前記第1位置は、前記ブローノズルの下端が前記段差面との間に軸方向の隙間を有する位置であり、
前記第2位置は、前記ブローノズルの下端が前記段差面に全周に亘って当接する位置である、請求項1または2に記載の液体ブロー成形方法。 - 前記気液置換工程の前に、前記プリフォームの内部にロッド部材を挿入するロッド挿入工程を有し、
前記ロッド挿入工程により前記ロッド部材が挿入された状態の前記プリフォームに対して前記気液置換工程を行う、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の液体ブロー成形方法。 - 前記ロッド挿入工程において、前記ロッド部材を、前記プリフォームの内容積の30%〜70%を占める位置まで挿入する、請求項4に記載の液体ブロー成形方法。
- 前記ロッド部材が、前記プリフォームを軸方向に延伸させる延伸ロッドである、請求項4または5に記載の液体ブロー成形方法。
- 前記ブローノズルを開閉するシール体の開度を調整することにより、前記気液置換工程において前記プリフォームの内部に液体を供給する際の前記ブローノズルの有効断面積を、前記ブロー成形工程において前記プリフォームの内部に液体を供給する際の前記ブローノズルの有効断面積の10%以下とする、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の液体ブロー成形方法。
