Abstract
【解決手段】可撓性容器が、液体を貯留する貯留部と液体を取り出すための吐出通路部とを有し、吐出通路部を押圧する複数のローラ部を所定間隔で取り付け、ローラ部を周回移動を行わせる無端移送機構部60とを備え、周回移動の経路中に、ローラ部が直線移動する直線部を含む配置とされ、複数のローラ部の取り付け間隔を、周回移動する所定のローラ部が吐出通路部を押圧しない位置に達する前に後続のローラ部が吐出通路部を押圧する位置まで到達可能となる間隔に設定され、各ローラ部が、吐出通路部を押圧しつつ吐出通路部に対して液体の吐出方向に順次直線移動するものである。

Description
以下、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る注出装置を前記図1ないし図16に基づいて説明する。本実施形態においては、可撓性容器の内容物として飲用原料液を充填封入された可撓性容器を複数収納して、複数種類の飲料を提供するのに用いられる注出装置の例について説明する。
なお、前記実施形態に係る注出装置においては、押出機構部10として、可撓性容器80を挟んで配置されて可撓性容器80に対し接近及び離隔可能に配設される一対の押圧部11、12と、これら押圧部を可撓性容器80に近付く向きに動かす駆動機構部13とを備えて、駆動機構部13により一対の押圧部11、12を直線的に移動させ、可撓性容器80を挟持押圧する構成としているが、これに限らず、第2の実施形態として、図17及び図18に示すように、押出機構部15が、可撓性容器80に対し動かない固定状態で接する固定部15aと、この固定部15aに対し移動する可動部15bとを有して、可動部15bのみ動かして可撓性容器80を固定部15a側に押し付けて挟持する構成とすることもできる。

Claims (7)
- 液体が封入された可撓性容器から前記液体を注出する注出ポンプであって、
前記可撓性容器が、前記液体を貯留する貯留部と当該貯留部に連通し前記液体を取り出すための吐出通路部とを有し、
前記吐出通路部を押圧する複数のローラ部と、
当該複数のローラ部を所定間隔で取り付けられ、ローラ部を動かしてローラ部に前記周回移動を行わせる無端移送機構部とを備え、
当該無端移送機構部が、前記周回移動の経路中に、前記ローラ部が直線移動する直線部を含む配置とされ、複数のローラ部の取り付け間隔を、周回移動する所定のローラ部が前記吐出通路部を押圧しない位置に達する前に後続のローラ部が前記吐出通路部を押圧する位置まで到達可能となる間隔に設定され、
前記各ローラ部が、前記吐出通路部を押圧しつつ当該吐出通路部に対して前記液体の吐出方向に順次直線移動することを特徴とする注出ポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の注出ポンプにおいて、
前記可撓性容器が2枚のシートを貼着し、当該シートの一側が細長状に延出して形成されており、前記吐出通路部が、前記細長状の延出部分からなることを特徴とする注出ポンプ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の注出ポンプにおいて、
前記ローラ部の周回移動をガイドするガイド部と、
当該ガイド部の両サイドに当該ガイド部のガイド方向と同方向に周回可能状態で左右対称に配設されるベルト部と、
当該ベルト部の表面に前記ローラ部が前記ガイド方向に対して垂直となるように支持され、前記ローラ部が前記ガイド部の表面に沿って周回移動するように支持する支持体とを備えることを特徴とする注出ポンプ。 - 前記請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の注出ポンプにより、液体が封入された可撓性容器から前記液体を注出する液体ディスペンサであって、
前記注出ポンプに対し前記可撓性容器を間に挟んで反対側に配設された受圧部を有することを特徴とする液体ディスペンサ。 - 前記請求項4に記載の液体ディスペンサにおいて、
前記可撓性容器を収納する容器収納部を有し、当該容器収納部は当該ディスペンサ内に収納し、
前記受圧部及び前記注出ポンプが、当該容器収納部の下部に備えられ、
前記受圧部及び前記注出ポンプの押圧方向の合計寸法が、当該容器収納部の幅よりも小さいことを特徴とする注出装置。 - 前記請求項4又は5に記載の液体ディスペンサにおいて、
前記受圧部と、前記注出ポンプとを接続する接続機構を有することを特徴とする液体ディスペンサ。 - 請求項4ないし6のいずれかに記載の液体ディスペンサにおいて、
前記受圧部の裏面側に前記押圧方向の押圧力に対して反対の弾性力を有する弾性体を備えることを特徴とする液体ディスペンサ。
