Abstract
Description
第1の主題は、経時的に実質的に一定の性能を有する、時計ムーブメント巻上げ装置からなる。または、より意欲的には、
第2の主題は、巻上げ装置の全体的な経年劣化を最大限減少させるために、経時的に向上する性能を有する時計ムーブメント巻上げ装置からなる。
− 爪を、316Lオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼の帯から打ち抜く、
− 爪の少なくとも1つの摩擦面を処理する。処理は、鋼の結晶格子内に炭素または窒素タイプの補強原子を所定の深さまで、好ましくは5μm以上40μm以下の範囲の深さまで、拡散することからなる。当該処理は、時計を気体(浸炭のためにはメタンまたはプロパン、窒化のためにはアンモニアまたは分子状窒素、窒化浸炭のためには両者の混合物)に、炭化クロムまたは窒化クロムの形成を防止するため、500°C未満の温度で曝すことからなってもよい。一例として、当該処理は、コールスタライジング処理(登録商標)、または表面硬化、窒化、窒化浸炭、イオン移植、拡散熱処理等の熱化学処理からなってもよい。当該処理は、処理表面が1000Hv以上の硬度の硬化を得るように選択される。当該処理は、従来技術から知られる技術を使用するものであることから、ここで詳細に説明することはしない。

Claims (10)
- 摩擦に曝されるインターフェースを介して協働する2つの金属部品を含む時計ムーブメントの巻上げ装置、とりわけ自動巻上げ装置であって、炭素または窒素タイプ原子をオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼内に所定の深さまで導入することにより硬化された少なくとも1つの摩擦面を含む、少なくとも1つのオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼部品を含む、巻上げ装置。
- 前記所定の深さは、5μm以上40μm以下である、
請求項1に記載の巻上げ装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの硬化摩擦面は、1000HV以上の硬度を有する、
請求項1または2に記載の巻上げ装置。 - 前記オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼は、316Lタイプ、304Lタイプ、または904Lタイプである、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の巻上げ装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの部品は、爪または歯車である、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の巻上げ装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の巻上げ装置を含む、時計ムーブメント。
- 請求項6に記載の時計ムーブメントを含む、時計。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の時計ムーブメント巻上げ装置の製造方法であって、少なくとも1つの金属部品の製造が、
前記部品をオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼帯へ形成するステップ、
得られた前記部品の少なくとも1つの摩擦面に対して、所定の深さまで炭素または窒素タイプの補強原子を一体化させることからなる処理を行うステップ、
の各ステップによる製造を含む、製造方法。 - 前記処理ステップは、前記時計を気体、とりわけ浸炭のためにメタンまたはプロパン、窒化のためにアンモニアまたは分子状窒素、窒化浸炭のために両者の混合物、に、炭化クロムまたは窒化クロムの形成を防止する目的で、500°C未満の温度で曝すことからなり、または表面硬化、または窒化、または窒化浸炭、またはイオン移植、または拡散熱処理といった熱化学処理に曝すことからなる、
請求項8に記載の巻上げ装置の製造方法。 - 前記形成ステップ及び前記処理ステップの間に研磨ステップを含み、及びまたは前記処理ステップの後に前記少なくとも1つの処理後摩擦面の研磨ステップを含む、
