Abstract
Description
本発明の防錆塗前処理剤は、水系塗料なので、錆の発生状態、鋼材の表面状態に応じて適宜に純水・弱酸性水で希釈して濃度調整、粘度調整して塗布することが好ましい。
Claims (3)
- 鋼鉄製基材への塗装における鉄錆の前処理処理剤において、鉄錆の還元性物質として還元性鉱酸と、さらにタンニン酸、炭素数5以下のアルコール類を配合することを特徴とする鉄錆還元防錆処理剤。
- 鋼鉄製基材への塗装における下地前処理剤において、鉄錆の還元性物質としての還元性鉱酸が、次亜リン酸、亜リン酸の少なくとも1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1の鉄錆還元防錆処理剤。
- 鋼鉄製基材への塗装における下地前処理剤において、還元性鉱酸と共に、さらに還元性リン酸化合物(亜鉛・アルミ・カルシウムなどの還元性リン酸との化合物)を追加の配合することを特徴とする請求項1、2の鉄錆還元防錆処理剤。
