Abstract
【解決手段】タイヤ10は、環状に形成されたタイヤケース17(タイヤ骨格部材)と、タイヤケース17(タイヤ骨格部材)の外周に設けられ、補強コード24を被覆樹脂26で被覆して構成された樹脂被覆コード28がタイヤケース17(タイヤ骨格部材)の外周にタイヤ周方向に螺旋状に巻かれてタイヤケース17(タイヤ骨格部材)に接合されたベルト層12と、を備えている。樹脂被覆コード28のタイヤ径方向の内側面28Aにおけるタイヤ軸方向の端部に面取り部28Mが形成されている。

Description
図1において、本実施形態に係るタイヤ10は、環状のタイヤ骨格部材の一例たるタイヤケース17と、ベルト層12と、を有している。
タイヤの製造方法の箇所で後述するように、タイヤケース17の外周(クラウン部18の外周面18A)に樹脂被覆コード28を接合する際には、樹脂被覆コード28の貼付面側である内側面28A、及びタイヤケース17の外周に熱風を吹き当てて、該熱風が吹き当てられた部分を溶融させる。図4(A),(B)に示されるように、樹脂被覆コード28は、後述する押付ローラ60の押付力Fにより、タイヤケース17の外周(クラウン部18の外周面18A)に押し当てられる。
この押付ローラ60の力がタイヤケース17の外周の溶融部分に作用すると、溶融した樹脂が樹脂被覆コード28の脇へはみ出し、隆起した樹脂溜り34となる。
次に、本実施形態のタイヤ10の製造方法について説明する。まず、熱可塑性材料を用いた射出成型により、ビードコア20を含むタイヤ半体17Hを一組形成する。このタイヤ半体17Hの外面に被覆層22を形成する。
以上、本発明の実施形態の一例について説明したが、本発明の実施形態は、上記に限定されるものでなく、上記以外にも、その主旨を逸脱しない範囲内において種々変形して実施可能であることは勿論である。
Claims (3)
- 環状に形成されたタイヤ骨格部材と、
前記タイヤ骨格部材の外周に設けられ、補強コードを被覆樹脂で被覆して構成された樹脂被覆コードが前記タイヤ骨格部材の外周にタイヤ周方向に螺旋状に巻かれて前記タイヤ骨格部材に接合されたベルト層と、を備え、
前記樹脂被覆コードのタイヤ径方向の内側面におけるタイヤ軸方向の端部に面取り部が形成されているタイヤ。 - タイヤ軸方向断面において、前記面取り部は、前記樹脂被覆コードにおける前記内側面とタイヤ軸方向端部の側面との交差角度が鋭角となる部位に形成されている請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記面取り部は、前記内側面におけるタイヤ軸方向の両端部に形成されている請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
