Abstract
【解決手段】 ローラ40は、横防護壁49から突出して設けられた回転軸72に回転可能に固定されている。横防護壁49は、外壁39に固定された下防護壁47に垂直に固定されている。ハンガー50の垂下板64は、両側の下防護壁47の間の空間43を通って、クリップ52を支持している。横防護壁49、下防護壁47、外壁39によって形成された空間に水などの液体41が張られている。液体41は、回転軸72を半分程度覆うように張られている。したがって、液体41により、搬送機構によって発生した微細な粉塵が捕捉され、空気中を漂って空間34から基板54に向かうのを防止することができる。

Description
図1に、この発明の一実施形態による表面処理システム20の平面図を示す。この表面処理システム20は、複数の表面処理部を備えている。すなわち、第1水洗部24、デスミア部26、第2水洗部28、前処理部30、第3水洗部32、無電解銅めっき部34、第4水洗部36を備えている。各処理部には、入口44と出口46が設けられており、この開口を通って、基板がX方向に移動させられる。
第1の実施形態では、一つのハンガー50について、処理液を基板54に適切に流す構造を示した。これから説明する、第2の実施形態は、複数のハンガー50に基板54を保持し、これらを一連にして処理液を流す場合に関するものである。
Claims (6)
- 処理対象の上部を保持する保持部材と、
前記保持部材または前記処理対象に対して処理液を放出し、前記保持部材に保持された前記処理対象の表面に処理液を流す処理液放出部と、
前記保持部材を上方から支える上方支持部材と、
前記上方支持部材を移動させる搬送機構と、
少なくとも前記搬送機構の下側に設けられた防護部材と、
を備えた表面処理装置であって、
前記上方支持部材は、防護部材の設けられていない部分を介して、前記保持部材を支持することを特徴とする表面処理装置。 - 請求項1の表面処理装置において、
前記防護部材は、前記搬送機構の側面にも設けられていることを特徴とする表面処理装置。 - 請求項2の表面処理装置において、
前記防護部材によって囲われた部分において、前記搬送機構の下側または前記搬送機構の少なくとも一部を浸すように液体を張ったことを特徴とする表面処理装置。 - 請求項3の表面処理装置において、
前記防護部材によって囲われた部分には、給水口と排水口が設けられ、液体が入れ替えられることを特徴とする表面処理装置。 - 請求項3または4の表面処理装置において、
前記搬送機構は、ステンレス、チタン、炭素鋼、黄銅またはプラスチックによって形成されていることを特徴とする表面処理装置。 - 処理対象の上部を保持する保持部材と、
前記保持部材によって保持された処理対象を処理液に浸漬するための処理槽と、
前記保持部材を上方から支える上方支持部材と、
前記上方支持部材を移動させる搬送機構と、
少なくとも前記搬送機構の下側に設けられた防護部材と、
を備えた表面処理装置であって、
前記上方支持部材は、防護部材の設けられていない部分を介して、前記保持部材を支持することを特徴とする表面処理装置。
