Claims (7)
- 自車両が障害物と衝突する可能性があるか否かを判定する判定部と、
前記判定部により衝突の可能性があると判定された場合に、各車輪に作用するブレーキ液圧を増大させて前記車輪を制動する自動制動制御を実行する自動制動制御部と、を備えた制動力制御装置であって、
前記ブレーキ液圧を保持することにより前記車輪の制動力配分を制御する制動力配分制御部を備え、
前記制動力配分制御部は、前記判定部により衝突の可能性があると判定されている場合、前記判定部により衝突の可能性がないと判定されている場合と比較して、前記ブレーキ液圧を大きな値に保持するよう、前記制動力配分を制御することを特徴とする制動力制御装置。 - 前記制動力配分制御部は、
前記判定部により衝突の可能性があると判定されている場合、前記判定部により衝突の可能性がないと判定されている場合と比較して、後輪のブレーキ液圧を大きな値に保持するよう、前記制動力配分を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制動力制御装置。 - 前記制動力配分制御部は、
前記判定部により衝突の可能性がないと判定されている場合に対応する第1の制動力配分マップと、前記判定部により衝突の可能性があると判定されている場合に対応する第2の制動力配分マップを有し、
前記第2の制動力配分マップにおいて、前記後輪に保持されるブレーキ液圧は、前記第1の制動力配分マップにおいて前記後輪に保持されるブレーキ液圧よりも大きく、かつ、前輪のブレーキ液圧よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の制動力制御装置。 - 前記制動力配分制御部は、
前記判定部により衝突の可能性があると判定されている場合、前記判定部により衝突の可能性がないと判定されている場合と比較して、前記後輪のブレーキ液圧を保持するタイミングを遅らせることで、前記後輪に保持されるブレーキ液圧を増大させることを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の制動力制御装置。 - 前記制動力配分制御部は、
前記後輪のスリップ率が所定の液圧保持スリップ率に増大した場合に前記後輪のブレーキ液圧を保持し、
前記判定部により衝突の可能性があると判定されている場合、前記判定部により衝突の可能性がないと判定されている場合と比較して、前記液圧保持スリップ率を大きくすることを特徴とする請求項2から請求項4の何れか1項に記載の制動力制御装置。 - 前記判定部は、前記障害物との距離に基づいて、前記自車両が前記障害物と衝突する可能性があるか否かを判定し、
前記制動力配分制御部は、前記障害物との距離が短いほど前記後輪のブレーキ液圧を大きな値に保持するよう、前記制動力配分を制御することを特徴とする請求項2から請求項5の何れか1項に記載の制動力制御装置。 - 前記判定部は、前記障害物への前記自車両の接近速度に基づいて、前記自車両が前記障害物と衝突する可能性があるか否かを判定し、
前記制動力配分制御部は、前記障害物への接近速度が大きいほど前記後輪のブレーキ液圧を大きな値に保持するよう、前記制動力配分を制御することを特徴とする請求項2から請求項6の何れか1項に記載の制動力制御装置。
