Description
表1の実施例1〜4、比較例1〜3に示す各成分組成のIr合金を、アーク溶解にてインゴットを作製後、熱間鍛造にて成形、熱間圧延にてt1.0mmの板を作製した。
0.2%耐力は、クロスヘッドの移動距離から算出した。
試験条件は、
試験温度:1400℃、
試験雰囲気:大気、
クロスヘッドスピード:5mm/min、
とした。

- Ptが0.3〜3mass%、Wが0.01〜0.2mass%、残部がIrおよび不可避不純物からなるイリジウム合金からなるルツボ。
