Claims (10)
- 内燃機関のシリンダーのガス交換バルブ(10)のためのバルブボディ(11)であって、前記ガス交換バルブを閉鎖するために前記バルブボディ(11)は前記ガス交換バルブのバルブシート(12)に対して当接することができ、かつ、前記ガス交換バルブを開放するために前記バルブボディ(11)は前記ガス交換バルブの前記バルブシート(12)から離れることができ、前記バルブボディ(11)は複数の部品から形成されると共に、前記バルブシート(12)と相互作用する第1のバルブディスク部(13)と、前記第1のバルブディスク部(13)に固定状態で接合されると共に前記シリンダーの燃焼室(16)に面する第2のバルブディスク部(15)と、を備え、前記第1のバルブディスク部(13)と前記第2のバルブディスク部(15)との間には、少なくとも、前記第2のバルブディスク部(15)の冷却のために機能する中空スペース(17)が形成されていることを特徴とするバルブボディ。
- 前記第1のバルブディスク部(13)は、第1の耐食性を有する金属材料から形成され、かつ、前記第2のバルブディスク部(15)は、第1の耐食性に比べて高い第2の耐食性を有する金属材料から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブボディ。
- 前記第1のバルブディスク部(13)はバルブコーン鋼から形成され、かつ、前記第2のバルブディスク部(15)はニッケル系合金鋼から形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバルブボディ。
- 前記中空スペース(17)を通って冷却媒体が流動させられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のバルブボディ。
- 前記第1のバルブディスク部(13)は、前記冷却媒体のための供給路(19)および排出路(20)を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバルブボディ。
- 前記中空スペース(17)は冷却媒体で満たされることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のバルブボディ。
- 前記中空スペース(17)は金属発泡体またはセラミック材料で満たされることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバルブボディ。
- 前記第1のバルブディスク部(13)と前記第2のバルブディスク部(15)とは、溶接によって、固定状態で接合されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれかに1項に記載のバルブボディ。
- バルブボディ(11)を有しかつ前記バルブボディ(11)のためのバルブシート(12)を有する内燃機関のガス交換バルブ(10)であって、前記バルブボディ(11)は請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に従って形成されることを特徴とするガス交換バルブ(10)。
- 少なくとも一つのシリンダーを有する内燃機関であって、各シリンダーは、給気用の少なくとも一つの入口側ガス交換バルブ(10)と、排気ガス用の少なくとも一つの排気側ガス交換バルブ(10)と、を備え、それぞれの入口側および/または排気側ガス交換バルブ(10)は請求項9に従って形成されることを特徴とする内燃機関。
