Claims (4)
- 金属製の弁体を金属製の弁軸の先端部に固定する弁体と弁軸の固定方法において、
前記弁体は中心に軸孔を含み、略円錐台形状をなして下底面を含み、
前記弁体を前記軸孔にて前記弁軸の先端部に嵌め込み、
その後、前記弁軸の軸端面及びその周囲の前記下底面に溶接を施し、
その後、前記弁体の前記下底面の外周部に略筒状の治具の上端部をあてがい、前記治具の内側において、前記溶接が施された溶接部とその溶接部の界面近傍とに、腐食による孔食深さよりも深いところまで圧縮応力を付与するためのショットピーニングを施す
ことを特徴とする弁体と弁軸の固定方法。 - 前記弁体の前記下底面の外周部に中心部より低い段差を予め形成しておき、
前記下底面の外周部に前記治具の上端部をあてがうとき、前記段差に前記治具の上端部を嵌め込む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁体と弁軸の固定方法。 - 前記弁体の前記段差は、前記下底面となす角部が円弧状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の弁体と弁軸の固定方法。
- 前記ショットピーニングに使用する媒体の粒径は、φ0.5以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の弁体と弁軸の固定方法。
