Claims (6)
- 弁体を移動させる弁棒と、該弁棒を摺動自由に支持する円筒状のブッシュと、該ブッシュが嵌合される貫通穴が設けられた支持部材とを備えた蒸気弁において、
前記ブッシュは、前記貫通穴に嵌合される外側ブッシュと、該外側ブッシュの内側に嵌合され前記外側ブッシュと異なる材質の内側ブッシュとを有し、前記外側ブッシュと前記内側ブッシュとが重なり合う一方の端部は、周方向の一部又は全周にわたって互いに溶接により接合されていることを特徴とする蒸気弁。 - 請求項1に記載の蒸気弁において、
前記内側ブッシュの線膨張係数は、前記外側ブッシュの線膨張係数よりも大きいことを特徴とする蒸気弁。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の蒸気弁において、前記ブッシュは、前記弁体側の端部が接合されていることを特徴とする蒸気弁。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の蒸気弁において、
前記ブッシュは、前記貫通穴の方向に2つに分割して形成され、前記貫通穴の端部から突出されたそれぞれの端部の前記外側ブッシュと前記内側ブッシュが接合されていることを特徴とする蒸気弁。 - 請求項4に記載の蒸気弁において、
前記ブッシュは、前記貫通穴内に位置する端部が互いに間隔をあけて配置されていることを特徴とする蒸気弁。 - 請求項1乃至5いずれか1項に記載の蒸気弁において、
前記支持部材の前記貫通穴の少なくとも一端部に拡径部が形成され、前記ブッシュには、前記拡径部に係止する拡径部が形成されていることを特徴とする蒸気弁。
