Abstract
Description
なお、本明細書中において、「無人飛行体」とは、人が飛行体に搭乗して操縦することなく遠隔的に操縦可能な飛行体のことであり、例えば、複数のプロペラを有するマルチコプター、具体的には、3つのプロペラを有するトライコプター、4つのプロペラを有するクアッドコプター、5つのプロペラを有するペンタコプター、6つのプロペラを有するヘキサコプター、8つのプロペラを有するオクトコプターなどを全て含む概念である。したがって、以下では説明の便宜上、クアッドコプターを一例として説明するが、本発明は、これに限定されず、任意の数のプロペラを有する任意の形態の無人飛行体に適用される。

Claims (12)
- プロペラを有する駆動部を筐体に備えて成り、モータの駆動により前記プロペラを回転させて飛行する無人飛行体であって、
前記モータ及び/又は減速機を収容するためのハウジングを有する固定部と、
軸受を介して前記ハウジングに対して回転可能に支持されるプロペラシャフトを有し、前記プロペラと一体で回転する回転部と、
を備え、
前記固定部を構成する固定側構成要素と前記回転部を構成する回転側構成要素とが対向する対向部には、前記ハウジングの内部に対する異物の侵入を防止する異物侵入防止手段が設けられることを特徴とする無人飛行体。 - 前記異物侵入防止手段は、前記対向部に介挿される磁気シール機構により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無人飛行体。
- 前記異物侵入防止手段は、前記軸受を磁気シール機構付き軸受として構成することにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の無人飛行体。
- 前記異物侵入防止手段は、前記対向部に介挿される弾性シール部材により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の無人飛行体。
- 前記弾性シール部材に撥水処理が施されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の無人飛行体。
- 前記異物侵入防止手段は、前記駆動部の径方向で対向する前記対向部と前記駆動部の軸方向で対向する前記対向部とを交互に連続して複数設けて成るラビリンス構造によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の無人飛行体。
- 前記異物侵入防止手段は、前記回転側構成要素に設けられるとともに、前記プロペラの回転に伴って異物の侵入方向と逆方向に方向付けられる気流を前記対向部内に発生させる気流発生手段によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の無人飛行体。
- 前記対向部は、互いに対向する前記ハウジングと前記プロペラとによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の無人飛行体。
- 前記対向部は、互いに対向する前記筐体と前記プロペラとによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の無人飛行体。
- 前記プロペラは、水平面内又は垂直面内で回転するブレード部と、このブレード部とは別体を成して前記固定側構成要素と対向するカバー部とを有することを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の無人飛行体。
- 前記対向部を形成する前記固定側構成要素及び前記回転側構成要素に撥水処理が施されることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の無人飛行体。
- 前記筐体と前記ハウジングとの間にシール部材が介挿されることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の無人飛行体。
