Claims (5)
- 加温した調理用の油脂に食材を浸漬して加熱することにより調理する調理器具において、
油脂中に浸漬させるアンテナと、
交流電源を1次側入力とし、2次側に交流電源の基本周波数の周波数成分と、その高調波成分とが重畳した交流出力が得られるトランスと、を備え、
前記トランスの2次側出力を前記アンテナに供給し、前記アンテナにより放射される交流電界を前記油脂に付与する、調理器具。 - 前記トランスは、その2次側の交流出力について、高調波成分の強度が、より高次になるに連れ、その強度は減少していき、1kHzを超える周波数成分の強度は第2高調波の1/100以下となる、請求項1に記載の調理器具。
- 前記トランスは、1次側と2次側とが抵抗を介して接続されている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の調理器具。
- 前記アンテナは、導電金属プレートで成り、該プレートの全表面を絶縁コーティングして成る、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の調理器具。
- 加温した調理用の油脂に食材を浸漬して加熱することにより調理する調理方法において、
油脂中にアンテナを浸漬させ、
交流電源の基本周波数の周波数成分と、その高調波成分とが重畳した交流出力が得られるトランスの出力を前記アンテナに供給し、
前記アンテナにより放射される交流電界を前記油脂に付与して食材を調理する、調理方法。
