Abstract
【解決手段】流体殺菌装置10は、処理流路28を区画する直管12と、処理流路28に向けて直管12の軸方向に紫外光を照射する光源40と、光源40から出力される紫外光の一部を受光する受光部46と、を備える。直管12は、フッ素系樹脂で構成され、かつ、直管12の内壁面16からの径方向の厚さt2が他の部分の厚さt1より小さい肉薄部19が部分的に設けられるよう直管12の外壁面17の一部に形成される凹部18を有する。受光部46は、凹部18にて肉薄部19を透過した紫外光を受光するよう配置される。

Claims (7)
- 処理流路を区画する直管と、
前記処理流路に向けて前記直管の軸方向に紫外光を照射する光源と、
前記光源から出力される紫外光の一部を受光する受光部と、を備え、
前記直管は、フッ素系樹脂で構成され、かつ、前記直管の内壁面からの径方向の厚さが他の部分の厚さより小さい肉薄部が部分的に設けられるよう前記直管の外壁面の一部に形成される凹部を有し、
前記受光部は、前記凹部にて前記肉薄部を透過した紫外光を受光するよう配置されることを特徴とする流体殺菌装置。 - 前記光源は、前記直管の第1端部から第2端部に向けて紫外光を照射するよう配置され、
前記凹部は、前記第2端部より前記第1端部に近い位置に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体殺菌装置。 - 前記第1端部は、前記処理流路の下流側に位置し、前記第2端部は、前記処理流路の上流側に位置することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体殺菌装置。
- 前記凹部は、前記光源からの紫外光が直接入射しうる位置に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の流体殺菌装置。
- 前記光源と前記処理流路の間を区画する窓部材と、
前記窓部材を振動させる振動子と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の流体殺菌装置。 - 前記受光部に入射する紫外光の光量に基づいて前記振動子を作動させる制御装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の流体殺菌装置。
- 前記受光部に入射する紫外光の光量に基づいて前記光源の出力を制御する制御装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の流体殺菌装置。
