Abstract
Description
しかし、膨張弁は従来より各種の研究開発が継続的に行われており、その小型化についてはほぼ限界に近づいているのが実情である。
図1は、本発明による膨張弁の第1実施例を示す縦断面図である。図2は、第1実施例の膨張弁の要部の縦断面図である。
弾性金属板の長手方向の一方の端部には舌片512を有し、他方の端部には、弾性金属板を円筒形状に湾曲させたときに舌片512を受け入れる舌片受け部514が形成される。凸部516は弾性金属板を円筒形状に湾曲加工するときなどに使用される。
そして、第1〜第3の弾性片520、530、540の根元を一方向から折り曲げ、その後、図6に示されるように、第1〜第3の凸状当接部522、532、542が内側を向くように、第1〜第3の弾性片520、530、540が根本より折曲される。
図9は、第2実施例の第1防振ばねを示す上面図である。第2実施例は、第1実施例の第1防振ばね140を第1防振ばね240に置き換えた構成であり、それ以外は第1実施例で示したものと共通であるので、共通の箇所は再度の説明を省略してある。
図10は、本発明による膨張弁の第3実施例を示す縦断面図である。図11は、第3実施例の第2防振ばねを示す斜視図である。第3実施例は、第1実施例の第2防振ばね500(弾性片3枚1段組)を第2防振ばね600(弾性片3枚2段組)に置き換えた構成であり、それ以外は第1実施例で示したものと共通であるので、共通の箇所は再度の説明を省略してある。
図12は、本発明による膨張弁の第4実施例を示す縦断面図である。第4実施例は、第1実施例の第1防振ばね140を第1防振ばね740に置き換えた構成であり、それ以外は第1実施例の図1で示したものと共通であるので、共通の箇所は再度の説明を省略してある。

Claims (4)
- 冷媒を弁室に流入する入口孔及び、前記冷媒を前記弁室から流出する弁孔を有する弁本体と、
前記弁孔を流れる冷媒の量を調節する弁体と、
前記弁本体に取り付けられて弁棒を介して前記弁体を駆動するパワーエレメントと、
前記弁室に設けられ、前記弁体の振動を防止する第1防振ばねと、
前記弁棒に当接し、前記弁体の振動を防止する第2防振ばねと、を備える膨張弁。 - 前記弁体を支持する支持部材と、
前記支持部材を介して前記弁体を閉弁方向に押圧するコイルバネと、をさらに備え、
前記第1防振ばねは、前記支持部材と前記コイルバネとの間に配置される円環状の基部と、前記基部から放射状に延びる複数の脚部と、を有し、
前記脚部は前記コイルバネ側に折れ曲がり、前記弁室の側壁面における前記入口孔よりも前記弁孔側に接する、
請求項1に記載の膨張弁。 - 前記複数の脚部は、前記基部と同一面において隣接する脚部同士の接続部を有する、
請求項2に記載の膨張弁。 - 前記第2防振ばねは、前記弁棒に接する複数の弾性片を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の膨張弁。
