- 弁室および円形の弁ポートが設けられた弁ハウジングと、
前記弁室に収容され、前記弁ポートを開閉する弁体と、を有し、
前記弁ポートが、前記弁室の平面状の壁面に設けられ、
前記弁ポートを画定する弁座部が、前記壁面と前記弁ポートの内面とが直角に交わる角部によって構成され、
前記弁体における前記弁座部と接する接触面が球面状に形成され、
前記弁ポートの半径をdとし、前記接触面の曲率半径をDとしたとき、以下の式(1)を満たすことを特徴とする弁装置。

ただし、0<θ≦10度 - 前記弁体が、柱状または板状に形成され、
前記接触面が、前記弁体における前記弁ポート側を向く面に設けられている、請求項1に記載の弁装置。 - 前記弁体を前記弁座部に向けて押す弾性部材と、
前記弁室と別に設けられた感圧室に収容され、前記感圧室に導入される流体の圧力に応じて伸縮する感圧部材と、
前記弁体に一端が接しかつ前記感圧部材に他端が接して配置された弁棒と、をさらに有する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の弁装置。
