Abstract
【解決手段】深さ6m以上、直径3.6m以下の生物処理槽内の底部に設けた散気管から曝気する生物処理槽の運転方法において、曝気強度を4.0Nm3−Air/m3−槽/hr以上とすることを特徴とする生物処理槽の運転方法。生物処理槽のCODcr負荷は2.0〜4.5kg−CODcr/m3/dである。

内径2.5m、高さ10m、水深8.8m、ストレーナ54の設置高さを下端3.5m、上端5.5mとした図1に示す構成の生物処理槽42の塔体50内に担体として3mm角、嵩比重0.04g/cm3のスポンジ担体704kgを投入し、散気管から全面曝気した。曝気強度は表1の通りとした。散気管は粗気泡型の市販のものを使用した。CODcr負荷は2.5〜3.0kg−CODcr/m3/dの範囲で推移した。

Claims (7)
- 深さ6〜11m、直径2.2〜3.6mの生物処理槽内の底部に設けた散気管から曝気する生物処理槽の運転方法において、曝気強度を4.0〜12.5Nm3−Air/m3−槽/hrとすることを特徴とする生物処理槽の運転方法。
- 請求項1において、CODcr負荷が2.0〜4.5kg−CODcr/m3/dであることを特徴とする生物処理槽の運転方法。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記生物処理槽の底部の略全面に前記散気管が設けられていることを特徴とする生物処理槽の運転方法。
- 請求項3において、前記散気管は粗気泡型の散気管であることを特徴とする生物処理槽の運転方法。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項において、前記生物処理槽内に嵩比重が1よりも小さい流動床担体が充填率5〜50%にて充填されていることを特徴とする生物処理槽の運転方法。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項において、前記生物処理槽の処理水を固液分離手段によって直接固液分離することを特徴とする生物処理槽の運転方法。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項において、有機性排水を好気処理又は嫌気処理した後、前記生物処理槽で処理することを特徴とする生物処理槽の運転方法。
