Abstract
Description
なお、以下の説明で、この種類の内視鏡手術器具を「従来型内視鏡手術器具」と言う。
使用する該細径内視鏡の管部分と同じ外径を有し、該細径内視鏡手術器具を体内に挿入する際に使用し、挿入後には細径内視鏡と置き換えられる内管と、
該細径内視鏡、あるいは、該内管が挿入され、それらを軸方向に移動可能な状態で支持するガイドパイプと、
該ガイドパイプが挿入され、該ガイドパイプを軸方向に移動可能な状態で支持する処理パイプであって、その先端部に電極、刃、フック等の処理手段を有する処理パイプとから成り、
該細径内視鏡、該内管、該ガイドパイプ、及び、該処理パイプが、各々その近端部、すなわち、該細径内視鏡を用いて手術をする際に患者の体外に在る部分に独立した操作部を有し、該操作部を用いて操作することにより、各々の軸方向の位置、及び、必要に応じ各々の回転角度を変えうる、同軸、かつ、多重管構造の細径内視鏡手術器具である。
前記処理パイプの先端部が電極を成し、該処理パイプのパイプ自体が該電極に電気を送る通電部を成し、該処理パイプの体内に挿入される部分は電極を除いて外面に電気的絶縁処理が施されている細径内視鏡手術器具である。
前記内管の先端部が丸みを帯びた形状に研磨されており、該内管を通して、生理的食塩水、あるいは、空気を送り込む装置を備えている細径内視鏡手術器具である。

Claims (5)
- 細径内視鏡を挿入して使用する細径内視鏡手術器具であって、
使用する該細径内視鏡の管部分と同じ外径を有し、該細径内視鏡手術器具を体内に挿入する際に使用し、挿入後には細径内視鏡と置き換えられる内管と、
該細径内視鏡、あるいは、該内管が挿入され、それらを軸方向に移動可能な状態で支持するガイドパイプと、
該ガイドパイプが挿入され、該ガイドパイプを軸方向に移動可能な状態で支持する処理パイプであって、その先端部に電極、刃、フック等の処理手段を有する処理パイプとから成り、
該細径内視鏡、該内管、該ガイドパイプ、及び、該処理パイプが、各々その近端部、すなわち、該細径内視鏡を用いて手術をする際に患者の体外に在る部分に独立した操作部を有し、該操作部を用いて操作することにより、各々の軸方向の位置、及び、必要に応じ各々の回転角度を変えうる、同軸、かつ、多重管構造の細径内視鏡手術器具。 - 請求項1記載の細径内視鏡手術器具であって、
前記処理パイプの先端部に、該処理パイプの一部を切り取った形状のフックを有し、該フックの先端の該処理パイプの近端部側が該処理パイプの軸方向にほぼ垂直な面内にあり、かつ、その部分に刃を設けた細径内視鏡手術器具。 - 請求項1記載の細径内視鏡手術器具であって、
前記処理パイプの先端部が電極を成し、該処理パイプのパイプ自体が該電極に電気を送る通電部を成し、該処理パイプの体内に挿入される部分は電極を除いてその外面に電気的絶縁処理が施されている細径内視鏡手術器具。 - 請求項1記載の細径内視鏡手術器具であって、
前記内管の先端部が丸みを帯びた形状に研磨されており、該内管を通して、生理的食塩水、あるいは、空気を送り込む装置を備えている細径内視鏡手術器具。 - 請求項1記載の細径内視鏡手術器具であって、
前記ガイドパイプがその先端部近くに、該ガイドパイプの内外を貫通するスリットを有する細径内視鏡手術器具。
