- 一側に複数の繊維束が入る投入口および他側に前記繊維束が出る排出口が形成されたボディと、
前記ボディの内部で第1方向に沿って互いに並んで配置され、前記複数の繊維束が貫通する複数の貫通口が形成された複数の第1貫通プレートと、
前記複数の第1貫通プレートのうちの隣り合う一対の第1貫通プレートの間に位置し、前記第1貫通プレートを貫通した前記複数の繊維束が貫通するガイド部を有する第2貫通プレートとを含む、長繊維複合材の製造装置。 - 各第2貫通プレートには、前記複数の繊維束が貫通する長穴が形成された、請求項1に記載の長繊維複合材の製造装置。
- 前記長穴の内壁面には前記ガイド部をなすための複数の突起が形成された、請求項2に記載の長繊維複合材の製造装置。
- 前記複数の突起は、前記第1方向から見て湾曲形状である、請求項3に記載の長繊維複合材の製造装置。
- 各第2貫通プレートには、前記長穴は、複数設けられる、請求項2に記載の長繊維複合材の製造装置。
- 各第2貫通プレートが、複数設けられる、請求項1に記載の長繊維複合材の製造装置。
- 前記第2貫通プレートは、前記第1方向に垂直な第2方向に移動可能である、請求項1に記載の長繊維複合材の製造装置。
- 前記複数の第1貫通プレートのうちの隣り合う一対の第1プレートの間の間隔は調節することができる、請求項1に記載の長繊維複合材の製造装置。
- 前記複数の貫通口は、円形状の断面を有する、請求項1に記載の長繊維複合材の製造装置。
- 前記投入口は、複数設けられる、請求項1に記載の長繊維複合材の製造装置。
- 前記複数の繊維束は、前記複数の投入口にそれぞれ入る、請求項10に記載の長繊維複合材の製造装置。
- 前記ボディの内部には空間が形成された、請求項1に記載の長繊維複合材の製造装置。
