Claims (11)
- 複数の繊維束がそれぞれ投入及び排出される投入口および排出口が形成されたボディを用意する段階と、
前記ボディの内部に位置し、繊維束をガイドするガイド部をそれぞれ有する第1貫通プレートおよび第2貫通プレートの高さについて、対応するガイド部の高さ位置が互いに同一になるように調節する段階と、
前記複数の繊維束を、前記ガイド部に挿し通すことで、前記第1貫通プレートおよび前記第2貫通プレートを貫通させる段階と、
前記複数の繊維束を前記第1貫通プレートおよび前記第2貫通プレートを貫通させた後、前記第1貫通プレートおよび前記第2貫通プレートの高さを、対応するガイド部の高さ位置が互いに異なるものとなるように調節する段階とを含み、
前記第2貫通プレートには、前記複数の繊維束が共に貫通する長穴が形成され、前記長穴の内壁面には複数の突起が形成される、
長繊維複合材の製造方法。 - 前記第1貫通プレートおよび前記第2貫通プレートの高さを、対応するガイド部の高さ位置が互いに異なるものとなるように調節した後、前記複数の繊維束を、前記投入口から前記排出口の方向に移動させる段階をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の長繊維複合材の製造方法。
- 対応するガイド部の高さ位置が互いに同一になるように調節する段階では、各繊維束が、前記第1貫通プレートおよび前記第2貫通プレートを貫通する箇所で折れ曲がらず、ボディの内部にて一直線をなすように調節する、請求項1に記載の長繊維複合材の製造方法。
- 対応するガイド部の高さ位置が互いに異なるものとなるように調節する段階では、前記第2貫通プレートのガイド部を前記第1貫通プレートの対応するガイド部より低い位置に配置させる、請求項1に記載の長繊維複合材の製造方法。
- 対応するガイド部の高さ位置が互いに異なるものとなるように調節する段階では、前記第2貫通プレートのガイド部を前記第1貫通プレートの対応するガイド部より高い位置に配置させる、請求項1に記載の長繊維複合材の製造方法。
- 前記複数の第1貫通プレートは、前記ボディの内部で、第1方向に沿って互いに並ぶように配置され、
各第1貫通プレートには、前記ガイド部として、複数の貫通口が形成された、請求項1に記載の長繊維複合材の製造方法。 - 前記複数の貫通口は、円形状の断面を有する、請求項6に記載の長繊維複合材の製造方法。
- 各第2貫通プレートは、前記複数の第1貫通プレートのうちの隣り合う一対の第1貫通プレートの間に位置し、
前記複数の繊維束は、前記第1貫通プレートのガイド部と、前記第2貫通プレートのガイド部との間ごとに、掛け渡されるようにして、前記投入口の側から前記排出口の側へと送られる、請求項6に記載の長繊維複合材の製造方法。 - 前記複数の突起は、前記第1方向から見て湾曲形状である、請求項1に記載の長繊維複合材の製造方法。
- 各第2貫通プレートには、前記長穴が、複数設けられる、請求項1に記載の長繊維複合材の製造方法。
- 前記第2貫通プレートが、複数設けられる、請求項1に記載の長繊維複合材の製造方法。
