前記環状基板の前記内面及び外面の一方に沿って配置され、開口を画定する摺動層と、
少なくとも1つのアンダーカット部を有し、前記環状基板と前記摺動層との間に配設され、少なくとも部分的に前記環状基板と前記摺動層とのそれぞれの内部に延在する中間部品とを備える、軸受。
少なくとも1つのアンダーカット部を含み、厚みがTである中間部品を設けることと、
前記中間部品に摺動層を連結することと、を含み、
前記中間部品は、部分的に前記摺動層内に埋め込まれ、前記中間部品の露出された厚みTEは、Tよりも小さい、方法。

前記中間部品に摺動層を連結することと、
前記中間部品が、少なくとも部分的に基板内に埋め込まれるように、摺動部品に前記基板を塗布することとによって前記摺動部品を形成することを含む、方法。
摺動層と、前記摺動層に部分的に埋め込まれ、少なくとも1つのアンダーカット部を有する露出した部分を有する中間部品とを有する摺動部品を設けることと、
前記中間部品の前記露出した部分が少なくとも部分的に前記基板に埋め込まれるように前記摺動部品を前記基板に抗して付勢することとを含む、方法。
第1及び第2の対向する主表面を有する摺動層と、少なくとも1つのアンダーカット部を有する中間部品であって、前記中間部品の一部が前記摺動層の第1の主表面から露出するように前記摺動層に連結された前記中間部品とを備えた摺動部品を設けることと、
一部で前記アンダーカット部の少なくとも1つを充填する基板を前記中間部品に塗布することとを含む、方法。
Claims (15)
- 摺動層と、
少なくとも1つのアンダーカット部を含み、前記摺動層に結合された中間部品と、を備え、
前記中間部品は、厚みTを有し、前記中間部品の露出された厚みTEは、Tよりも小さい、摺動部品。 - 摺動層と、
基板と、
少なくとも1つのアンダーカット部を含み、前記摺動層と前記基板との間に配置され、前記摺動層と前記基板のそれぞれに部分的に埋め込まれた中間部品とを含む、軸受。 - 摺動層と基板とを互いに係合する方法であって、
摺動層と、前記摺動層に部分的に埋め込まれ、少なくとも1つのアンダーカット部を有する露出した部分を有する中間部品とを有する摺動部品を設けることと、
前記中間部品の前記露出した部分が少なくとも部分的に前記基板に埋め込まれるように前記摺動部品と前記基板とを互いに合わせることとを含む、方法。 - 前記基板の可塑性を上げることをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記基板の前記可塑性を上げることは、前記摺動部品と基板を互いに合わせる前に実行する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記中間部品は金属を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の摺動部品、軸受、または方法。
- 前記中間部品の少なくとも一部が、耐腐食性コーティングをさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の摺動部品、軸受、または方法。
- 前記中間部品は拡張メッシュを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の摺動部品、軸受、または方法。
- 前記拡張メッシュが、複数の相互接続した糸と前記拡張メッシュの厚みを貫通して延在する少なくとも1つの開口とをさらに備える、請求項8に記載の摺動部品、軸受、または方法。
- 前記中間部品は、それに沿って配設される少なくとも1つのテクスチャ部を有するシートを備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の摺動部品、軸受、または方法。
- 前記テクスチャ部の少なくとも1つが凹部、突起、変形、開口、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項10に記載の摺動部品、軸受、または方法。
- 前記中間部品は前記摺動層からそれに垂直な方向に前記中間部品が延在する最大距離によって測定されるような厚みT、及び露出した厚みTEを画定し、TEは、T未満である、請求項2及び3のいずれか1項に記載の摺動部品、軸受、または方法。
- 前記中間部品が、複数の開口を含み、各開口は、少なくとも1つのアンダーカット部を画定し、前記アンダーカット部のうちの少なくとも1つの角度は前記アンダーカット部と前記摺動層との間で測定して、90°未満である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の摺動部品、軸受、または方法。
- 前記摺動層と中間部品とは接触界面に沿って当接し、接着剤が前記接触界面の少なくとも一部に沿って配設されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の摺動部品、軸受、または方法。
- 前記摺動部品と基板とはカレンダリングにより少なくとも部分的に互いに取り付けられている、請求項2及び3のいずれか1項に記載の摺動部品、軸受、または方法。
