Description
Claims (14)
- 少なくとも部分的に球状の構成要素のための軸受であって、前記軸受は、
第1の部分と、前記第1の部分と一体であり、折り返されたブリッジ部分によって接合された相補的な第2の部分と、を備え、前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分はそれぞれ、弓形の内側表面を含み、前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分は、前記構成要素を少なくとも部分的に取り囲み、前記構成要素に対して圧縮ばね力を提供して、前記構成要素の回転を可能にする継手アセンブリを形成するように適合され、前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分は、前記構成要素の周りに半球状の空隙を形成し、前記軸受は、金属基板と、前記金属基板の少なくとも1つの表面を覆う低摩擦層と、を備える、軸受。 - 少なくとも部分的に球状の構成要素と、
軸受と、を備える継手アセンブリであって、前記軸受は、
第1の部分と、前記第1の部分と一体であり、前記構成要素を少なくとも部分的に取り囲む相補的な第2の部分と、を備え、前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分はそれぞれ、弓形の内側表面を含み、前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分は、折り返されたブリッジ部分によって接合され、前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分は、前記構成要素を少なくとも部分的に取り囲み、前記構成要素に対して圧縮ばね力を提供して、前記構成要素の回転を可能にする継手アセンブリを形成するように適合され、前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分は、前記構成要素の周りに半球状の空隙を形成し、前記軸受は、金属基板と、前記金属基板の少なくとも1つの表面を覆う低摩擦層と、を備える、継手アセンブリ。 - 基部と、

第1の部分と、前記第1の部分と一体であり、前記構成要素を少なくとも部分的に取り囲む相補的な第2の部分と、を備え、前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分はそれぞれ、弓形の内側表面を含み、前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分は、折り返されたブリッジ部分によって接合され、前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分は、前記構成要素を少なくとも部分的に取り囲み、前記構成要素に対して圧縮ばね力を提供して、前記構成要素の回転を可能にする継手アセンブリを形成するように適合され、前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分は、前記構成要素の周りに半球状の空隙を形成し、前記軸受は、金属基板と、前記金属基板の少なくとも1つの表面を覆う低摩擦層と、を備え、前記軸受は、遠位端及び近位端を含み、前記遠位端は、前記基部に動作可能に接続されてカンチレバーを形成する、取り付けシステム。 - 前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分の前記内側表面は、少なくとも部分的に半球状である、請求項1に記載の軸受。
- 前記折り返されたブリッジ部分は、前記折り返されたブリッジ部分の長さを減少させる外部ノッチを含む、請求項1に記載の軸受。
- 前記折り返されたブリッジ部分は弓形形状を有する、請求項1に記載の軸受。
- 前記低摩擦層は、前記構成要素に接触するように適合されている、請求項1~2のいずれか一項に記載の軸受又はアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも部分的に球状の構成要素は、球状のボールを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の軸受、アセンブリ、又は取り付けシステム。
- 前記少なくとも部分的に球状の構成要素は、シャフトを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の軸受、アセンブリ、又は取り付けシステム。
- 前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分はそれぞれ、前記軸受の前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分を前記構成要素の周りに一緒に固定するように適合された係合機構を含む細長いビームを更に含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の軸受、アセンブリ、又は取り付けシステム。
- 前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分上の前記係合機構はそれぞれ、締結具を収容するように適合された少なくとも1つのボアを含む、請求項10に記載の軸受、アセンブリ、又は取り付けシステム。
- 前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分の前記ビームは、前記構成要素の周りの設置位置において、前記軸受と前記構成要素との間の前記半球状の空隙に隣接する間隙を形成する、請求項10に記載の軸受、アセンブリ、又は取り付けシステム。
- 前記軸受は、遠位端及び近位端を含み、前記間隙は、前記遠位端から前記近位端に向かってサイズが増加する、請求項12に記載の軸受、アセンブリ、又は取り付けシステム。
- 前記継手アセンブリは、前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分の係合機構を通して前記軸受に動作可能に結合される基部を更に備える、請求項2~3のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ又は取り付けシステム。
