Claims (22)
- 第1の樹脂含浸紙層および第2の樹脂含浸紙層と、
第1の末端および第2の末端を有し前記第1の末端から前記第2の末端に電流を流すことができる第1の導電材料と、
を含む装飾多層表面材であって、
前記第1の導電材料が前記第1の樹脂含浸紙層の第1の表面に配置され、
前記第1の導電材料が前記第1の樹脂含浸紙層と前記第2の樹脂含浸紙層との間に封入されるように前記第1の樹脂含浸紙層および前記第2の樹脂含浸紙層が積層されかつ圧縮された関係で配置され、
前記第1の樹脂含浸紙層、前記第2の樹脂含浸紙層または任意の追加の樹脂含浸紙層の少なくとも1つが装飾層である、装飾多層表面材。 - 少なくとも1つの外側保護層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装飾多層表面材。
- 前記少なくとも1つの外側保護層が、アクリル、ポリエステル、メラミン樹脂、ビニル樹脂およびウレタンからなる群から選択されるポリマーを含む、請求項2に記載の装飾多層表面材。
- 前記少なくとも1つの外側保護層がメラミン樹脂を含む、請求項2に記載の装飾多層表面材。
- 前記装飾層が、着色、模様、しるし、絵、埋設物、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される視覚的属性を含む、請求項1に記載の装飾多層表面材。
- 前記第1の樹脂含浸紙の前記第1の表面に配置された前記第1の導電材料は、パターン化されている、請求項1に記載の装飾多層表面材。
- 前記パターン化された第1の導電材料が、渦巻線、スパイラングル、のこぎり波、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された連続蛇行線を含む、請求項6に記載の装飾多層表面材。
- 熱硬化性樹脂中に分散された軟磁性材料を含む強化層をさらに含み、前記強化層が前記第1の導電材料と前記第1および第2の樹脂含浸層のうちの1つとの間に配置され硬化される、請求項1に記載の装飾多層表面材。
- 第3の樹脂含浸紙層と、第1の末端および第2の末端を有し前記第1の末端から前記第2の末端に電流を流すことができる第2の導電材料とをさらに含み、前記第2の導電材料が前記第1の樹脂含浸紙層の第2の表面に配置され、前記第2の表面が、前記第1の表面の反対の前記第1の樹脂含浸紙層の側であり、前記第2の導電材料が前記第1の樹脂含浸紙層と前記第3の樹脂含浸紙層との間に封入されるように前記第1の樹脂含浸紙層および前記第3の樹脂含浸紙層が積層されかつ圧縮された関係で配置される、請求項1に記載の装飾多層表面材。
- 前記第1の導電材料および前記第2の導電材料が、前記第1の樹脂含浸紙層を介して伝導的に接続される、請求項9に記載の装飾多層表面材。
- 熱硬化性樹脂中に分散された軟磁性材料を含む強化層をさらに含み、前記強化層が、前記第1および第2の導電材料のうちの1つと、隣接する樹脂含浸層との間に配置され硬化される、請求項9に記載の装飾多層表面材。
- 第1の末端および第2の末端を有し電流を流すことができる第3の導電材料をさらに含み、前記第3の導電材料が、前記第2の樹脂含浸紙層の第1の表面に配置され、前記第3の導電材料が、前記第1の導電材料と向き合う関係であり、前記第1および第2の紙層を含浸する前記樹脂が熱硬化性樹脂を含み、介在される樹脂含浸紙層、熱硬化性樹脂中に分散された軟磁性材料を含む強化層、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される追加の層が前記第1の導電材料と前記第3の導電材料との間に配置され硬化される、請求項10に記載の装飾多層表面材。
- 前記第1の導電材料および前記第3の導電材料が前記追加の層を介して伝導的に接続される、請求項12に記載の装飾多層表面材。
- それぞれ前記第1の導電材料の前記第1の末端および前記第2の末端から前記表面材の周縁に沿った2つの位置まで延在し、外部電流を導電性突起に供給できるように構成された第1の導電性突起および第2の導電性突起をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装飾多層表面材。
- 前記第1の樹脂含浸紙層の前記第1の表面に配置され、前記第1の導電材料と伝導的に接触する回路部品をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装飾多層表面材。
- 高圧積層物である、請求項1に記載の装飾多層表面材。
- 支持基材に配置された請求項1に記載の装飾多層表面材を含む固体表面。
- (a)樹脂含浸紙の少なくとも2つのシートを提供するステップと、
(b)樹脂含浸紙の前記少なくとも2つのシートのうちの1つの表面に、パターン化された導電材料を配置するステップと、
(c)樹脂含浸紙の前記少なくとも2つのシートを、前記導電材料が樹脂含浸紙の前記少なくとも2つのシートの間に配置される向き合う関係で熱および圧力で一緒に圧縮するステップと
を含む方法。 - 樹脂含浸紙の前記少なくとも2つのシートの少なくとも1つまたは樹脂含浸紙の追加のシートが、装飾層を含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 第2のパターン化された導電材料が、樹脂含浸紙の前記少なくとも2つのシートのうちの前記1つの第2の表面に配置され、前記第1および第2の導電材料が前記シートを介して伝導的に接続される、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 樹脂含浸紙の前記少なくとも2つのシートを熱および圧力で一緒に圧縮するステップが、樹脂含浸紙の前記少なくとも2つのシートを2つのプレスプレートの間に積層された関係で配置するステップと、前記少なくとも2つのプレスプレートの間の前記積層されたシートに対する圧力を少なくとも1000psiまで増大するステップと、温度を140℃以下まで上昇させるステップと、圧力を維持しながら温度を40℃以下まで低下させるステップと、次いで圧力をゼロゲージ圧まで下げるステップとを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- エネルギーを無線伝送する方法であって、
(i)請求項1に記載の装飾多層表面材を提供するステップと、
(ii)前記表面材に隣接した領域に電磁場が発生するように前記第1の導電材料に電流を提供するステップと、
(iii)無線エネルギー伝送を受信するように構成された装置を前記表面の近くにおよび前記電磁場内に置くステップと、
を含む方法。
