Claims (21)
- ポリウレタン層と、
前記ポリウレタン層に接合されている上面と、その反対側の下面とを有する非復元性発泡体層と、
前記非復元性発泡体層の前記下面に接合される裏材と、
を備え、前記ポリウレタン層と前記非復元性発泡体層と前記裏材とは、ピロー状セルを形成するエンボスパターンをそれぞれ有し、前記ピロー状セルは、前記エンボスパターンによって形成されるエンボス凸部及びエンボス線によって境界を定められる、エンボス加工された複合材料。 - 前記ポリウレタン層は、上面層と、該上面層に接合されるスキン層と、バインダー層によって前記スキン層に接合される裏材布地層とを備える、請求項1に記載のエンボス加工された複合材料。
- 前記上面層と前記スキン層と前記バインダー層との合計重量は、前記ポリウレタン層の総重量の約27%〜約30%である、請求項2に記載のエンボス加工された複合材料。
- 前記裏材布地層は丸編み生地で作製される、請求項2に記載のエンボス加工された複合材料。
- 前記丸編み生地は起毛されている、請求項4に記載のエンボス加工された複合材料。
- 前記非復元性発泡体層は、ポリエステルポリウレタン発泡体で作製される、請求項1に記載のエンボス加工された複合材料。

前記上側彫刻エンボスプレートと前記下側フラットプレートとを互いにプレスするステップであって、前記複合材料に前記パターンを形成する、ステップと、
を含む、請求項10に記載のエンボス加工された複合材料を作製する方法。 - 前記方法は、
前記上側彫刻エンボスプレートを約190℃の温度まで加熱するステップと、
前記下側フラットプレートを約200℃の温度まで加熱するステップと、
を更に含み、前記加熱するステップは、前記プレスするステップの前に行われる、請求項18に記載のエンボス加工された複合材料を作製する方法。 - 前記プレスするステップは、約5秒〜約15秒で行われる、請求項18に記載のエンボス加工された複合材料を作製する方法。
- 前記エンボス加工ステーションに約10psi〜約30psiの圧力を加えることを更に含む、請求項18に記載のエンボス加工された複合材料を作製する方法。
