Claims (15)

を有し、前記コントローラは、前記区画に存在する揮発性有機化合物の総濃度の変化率に応じて前記炒り要素を制御するよう構成された、コーヒー炒り装置。 - 前記総濃度を決定するためのセンサを更に有し、前記コントローラは、前記センサに応答して前記炒り要素を制御するよう構成された、請求項1に記載のコーヒー炒り装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記変化率が予め定義された閾値を超えたことに応答する、請求項1又は2に記載のコーヒー炒り装置。
- 前記予め定義された閾値を超える前記変化率は、前記コーヒー豆の最初の亀裂段階の開始を示唆する、請求項3に記載のコーヒー炒り装置。
- 前記予め定義された閾値を超える前記変化率は更に、前記コーヒー豆の最初の亀裂段階の終了を示唆する、請求項4に記載のコーヒー炒り装置。
- 前記予め定義された閾値を超える前記変化率は更に、前記コーヒー豆の2回目の亀裂段階の開始を示唆する、請求項4又は5に記載のコーヒー炒り装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記変化率が前記予め定義された閾値を超えた後に、所定の態様で、炒り工程を制御するよう構成された、請求項3乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のコーヒー炒り装置。
- 前記コントローラは、予め定義された時間の間前記炒り要素をイネーブルにすることにより、所定の態様で前記炒り要素を制御するよう構成された、請求項7に記載のコーヒー炒り装置。
- タイマを更に有し、前記コントローラは、前記予め定義された時間の間前記炒り要素をイネーブルにするため、前記タイマに応答する、請求項8に記載のコーヒー炒り装置。
- 前記コーヒー豆の炒り度合いを定義するためのユーザインタフェースを更に有し、前記コントローラは前記ユーザインタフェースに応答する、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載のコーヒー炒り装置。
- 前記区画は、入口を有し、
前記炒り要素は、前記入口に結合された熱い空気の供給源を有し、
前記コーヒー炒り装置は更に、炒り工程の間に前記コーヒー豆を攪拌するための、前記区画に装着された攪拌要素を有する、
請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のコーヒー炒り装置。 - 請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のコーヒー炒り装置を含む、コーヒー煎出装置。
- コーヒー炒り装置の区画におけるコーヒー豆を炒る方法であって、
前記コーヒー豆を炒るため前記コーヒー豆を加熱するステップと、
前記区画における揮発性有機化合物の総濃度の変化率を監視するステップと、
前記監視された変化率に応じて前記加熱するステップを制御するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 前記監視するステップは、予め定義された閾値を超える前記変化率を検出するステップを有し、
前記制御するステップは、前記予め定義された閾値を超える変化率を検出した後、予め定義された時間の間、前記加熱するステップを制御するステップを有する、
請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記予め定義された閾値は、
前記コーヒー豆の最初の亀裂段階の開始、
前記コーヒー豆の最初の亀裂段階の終了、又は
