Abstract
Description
− 基板へ供給されたフィルムの少なくともエッジを固定するステップ、
− フィルムを加熱するステップ、
− 成形ツールの端の異形形状に適合するように、ただ1つの凸型成形ツールによってフィルムを塑性変形するステップ、
− 凸型成形ツールを取り外すステップ、
− 繊維成形品を供給するステップ、
− 繊維成形品を予備形成されたフィルムに接合するステップ、および
− ラミネート加工された繊維成形品を取り外すステップ。
さらに、繊維成形品およびフィルムを互いにラミネート加工することによって、難しい形状の繊維異形成形品でも熱可塑性フィルムで被覆することが、以前から知られている。繊維成形品が飲料または食料などの液体のための容器用包装要素として用いられることになる場合、例えば気密性または液密性被覆が望ましい。
Claims (20)
- 繊維異形成形品を熱可塑性フィルムでラミネート加工する方法であって、前記フィルムが、被覆される前記繊維成形品の表面上に熱および差圧によってラミネート加工され、
以下のステップ、
− 基板へ供給された前記フィルムの少なくともエッジを固定するステップ、
− 前記フィルムを加熱するステップ、
− 成形ツールの端の異形形状に適合するよう、ただ1つの凸型成形ツールによって前記フィルムを塑性変形するステップ、
− 前記凸型成形ツールを取り外すステップ、
− 前記繊維成形品を供給するステップ、
− 前記繊維成形品を予備形成された前記フィルムに接合するステップ、および
− ラミネート加工された前記繊維成形品を取り外すステップ、
を特徴とする方法。 - 前記フィルムが真空によって前記基板に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムが機械的に前記基板に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムが赤外線放射によって加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムが熱風によって加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムが前記成形ツール中で加熱器によって加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維成形品がラミネート加工前に加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記成形ツールに真空が適用出来ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 繊維異形成形品(7)を熱可塑性フィルム(1)でラミネート加工する装置であって、前記フィルム(1)が、被覆される前記繊維成形品(7)の表面上に熱および差圧によってラミネート加工され、
− 前記フィルム(1)の少なくともエッジを固定するための開口(3)を有する基板(2)、
− 前記フィルム(1)を加熱するための加熱装置(4)、
− 前記フィルム(1)がただ1つの成形ツールの端の異形形状に従って変形され得るように、前記フィルム(1)の塑性変形のために凸型形状として設計された前記成形ツール(5)、
− 前記繊維成形品(7)を供給しラミネート加工された前記繊維成形品(7’)を取り外すための金型(8)、および
− 差圧ユニット、
で特徴付けられる装置。 - 前記成形ツール(5)が凸型形状として設計されていること、および前記成形ツール(5)の前記異形端(6)が前記繊維成形品(7)の内形に対応する幾何形状を有すること
を特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。 - 前記成形ツール(5)および/または前記金型(8)が加熱装置を有することを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の装置。
- 前記成形ツールが前記異形端に少なくとも1つの真空開口を有することを特徴とする、請求項9〜11の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記成形ツールが少なくとも部分的に発泡アルミニウムから作られていることを特徴とする、請求項9〜12の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記基板が前記フィルムを固定するために少なくとも1つの真空開口を有することを特徴とする、請求項9〜13の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記基板が少なくとも部分的に発泡アルミニウムから作られていることを特徴とする、請求項9〜14の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱装置が赤外線加熱装置であることを特徴とする、請求項9〜15の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱装置が熱風加熱装置であることを特徴とする、請求項9〜16の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記金型(8)が前記差圧ユニットに取り付けられ得る経路システム(9)を形成する複数の穴を有することを特徴とする、請求項9〜17の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記差圧ユニットが真空ユニットであることを特徴とする、請求項9〜18の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の方法によって製造される繊維成形品であって、特に飲料包装容器のための頭部または基部要素。
