Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 第1流体が流動される第1流路、及び第2流体が流動される第2流路が形成され、貫通孔が形成された固定ユニット;
前記固定ユニットを貫くように前記貫通孔に回転できるように備えられ、前端部に加工ツールが挿入固定される固定孔が形成され、前記第1流路及び前記固定孔を連通させる連通部が形成され、回転とともに前記加工ツールに前記第1流体を供給する回転ユニット;及び
一側が前記第2流路と連結され、他側には前記加工ツールによって加工が行われる加工部位に前記第2流体を噴射するノズルが形成された噴射流路が形成され、前記固定ユニットに備えられる噴射ユニット;
を含む流体同時供給装置。 - 前記固定ユニットは、
前記第1流体を供給する第1流体供給装置と連結できるように形成され、前記第1流路に前記第1流体を供給する第1連結ポート;及び
前記第2流体を供給する第2流体供給装置と連結できるように形成され、前記第2流路に前記第2流体を供給する第2連結ポート;
を含む、請求項1に記載の流体同時供給装置。 - 前記第1流路の他側は前記貫通孔に露出される、請求項1に記載の流体同時供給装置。
- 前記連通部は、
前記回転ユニットの周りに沿って形成され、前記第1流路の他側と連通される連通流路;及び
前記第1流路を通じて前記連通流路に伝達された前記第1流体を前記固定孔に伝達する伝達流路;
を含む、請求項3に記載の流体同時供給装置。 - 前記伝達流路は複数個が形成された、請求項4に記載の流体同時供給装置。
- 前記連通部は、
前記固定孔の後方に形成されて前記固定孔と連通されるし、前記伝達流路を通じて伝達された前記第1流体を前記固定孔に供給する経由流路をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の流体同時供給装置。 - 前記経由流路は前記回転ユニットの横断面を基準にして前記連通流路の中心に形成された、請求項6に記載の流体同時供給装置。
- 前記第1流路及び前記第2流路のうち、少なくともいずれか一つの周りには断熱のための真空部が形成された、請求項1に記載の流体同時供給装置。
- 前記真空部は筒状に形成される、請求項8に記載の流体同時供給装置。
- 前記噴射ユニットは前記回転ユニットの周りを包むように複数個が備えられ、
前記固定ユニットは、
前記第2流路及び前記複数個の噴射ユニットの各噴射流路を連通させる連結流路を含む、請求項1に記載の流体同時供給装置。 - 前記複数個の噴射ユニットは、前記回転ユニットの中心点を基準にして均一な距離に位置される、請求項10に記載の流体同時供給装置。
- 前記加工ツールには中空が形成され、
前記固定孔側に伝達された前記第1流体は前記加工ツールの中空を通じて加工部位に供給される、請求項1に記載の流体同時供給装置。 - 前記固定ユニット及び前記回転ユニットの間には前記第1流体の漏れを防止するシール部材が備えられる、請求項1に記載の流体同時供給装置。
