Abstract
Description
2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート70重量%、イソボルニルアクリレート10重量%及び4−ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート20重量%をバルク熱重合工程により共重合させて第1アクリル系樹脂を準備した。前記第1アクリル系樹脂80重量%、前記第1アクリル系樹脂100重量部を基準にヘキサンジオールジアクリレート0.01重量部と重量平均分子量が1,000〜3,000g/molのウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー0.1重量部、及び前記第1アクリル系樹脂100重量部を基準に2,2−ジメトキシ−1,2−ジフェニルエタン−1−オン0.3重量部を混合及び攪拌して第1粘着組成物を準備した。前記第1粘着組成物をPET離型フィルム上に150μm厚さでコーティング層として形成した後、UV Black Light(368nm)ランプを用いてUVを照射して第1粘着層を製造した。
2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート80重量%及び4−ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート20重量%を用いたことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法及び条件で第1粘着層を製造した。
前記実施例1と同様の方法及び条件で第2粘着層を製造した。
次に、前記実施例1と同様の方法及び条件で光学用粘着シートを製作した。
前記実施例1と同様の方法及び条件で第1粘着組成物を準備した。前記準備された第1粘着組成物をPET離型フィルム上に175μm厚さでコーティング層として形成した後、メタルUV Black Light(368nm)ランプを用いて0.7W/cm2で300秒間UVを照射して一つの層に形成された光学用粘着シートを製作した。
前記実施例1と同様の方法及び条件で第2粘着組成物を準備した。前記準備された第2粘着組成物をPET離型フィルム上に175μm厚さでコーティング層として形成した後、120℃で3分間熱風で乾燥して一つの層に形成された光学用粘着シートを製作した。
2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート65重量%、イソボルニルアクリレート30重量%及び4−ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート5重量%をバルク熱重合工程により共重合させて第1アクリル系樹脂を準備したことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の条件及び方法により光学用粘着シートを製作した。
2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート89重量%及びヒドロキシブチルアクリレート11重量%を溶液熱重合工程により共重合させて第2アクリル系樹脂を準備したことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の条件及び方法により光学用粘着シートを製作した。
2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート89重量%及びジメチルアクリルアミド11重量%を溶液熱重合工程により共重合させて第2アクリル系樹脂を準備したことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の条件及び方法により光学用粘着シートを製作した。
下記の各方法により実施例1、比較例1−6の物性を評価し、その結果を表1に示す。
前記実施例1及び比較例1,4−6の第1粘着層及び第2粘着層と、比較例2、3の光学用粘着シートに対して、示差走査熱量測定計(DSC)(TA instrument社製)を使って測定した。
前記実施例1及び比較例1,4−6の第1粘着層及び第2粘着層と、比較例2、3の光学用粘着シートに対して、モジュラス測定器(TA instrument社製、ARES G2)を使って−20℃から100℃まで5℃/minの昇温速度で昇温してモジュラスを各々測定した。
測定条件:圧力(2N)、円方向変形率(10%)、厚さ(800μm)
0.5mm厚さのソーダ石灰(sodalime)ガラスに前記実施例1により製作された光学用粘着シートを積層した後、前記光学用粘着シートの上部に、ベゼル幅が2cmであり、ベゼル厚さが20μmであり、インク印刷された1.1mm厚さのソーダ石灰ガラスを積層して積層体を形成し、前記積層体を5bar、60℃の条件で30分間オートクレーブ工程を加えた後、85℃、85RH%の高温高湿チャンバーに24時間放置した後に気泡の発生程度を肉眼で観察した。
前記比較例1−6で製作された光学用粘着シートに対して前記実施例1の場合と同様の方法及び条件で段差吸収度を評価した。
1.1mm厚さのソーダ石灰ガラスに無処理偏光フィルムを積層し、前記偏光フィルムの上部に前記実施に1により製作された光学用粘着シートを積層した後、前記光学用粘着シートの上部にITO PETフィルム(日東電工社製、V150)を前記ITO PETフィルムのハードコーティング面が前記光学用粘着シートと接するように積層して積層体を形成し、前記積層体を5bar、60℃の条件で30分間オートクレーブ工程を加えた後、85℃、85RH%の高温高湿チャンバーに24時間放置した後に気泡の発生程度を肉眼で観察した。

Claims (14)
- 第1粘着層及び第2粘着層が積層された積層構造を含み、
前記第1粘着層は、
ガラス転移温度が−50℃〜−30℃であり、
モジュラスが0.3×105Pa〜0.6×105Paであり、
前記第2粘着層は、
ガラス転移温度が−20℃〜−10℃であり、
モジュラスが0.7×105Pa〜1.0×105Paである光学用粘着シート。 - 前記第1粘着層は、2種以上の(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系モノマー及びヒドロキシ基を含有する架橋性モノマーが共重合して形成された第1アクリル系樹脂を含む第1粘着組成物が硬化して形成される、請求項1に記載の光学用粘着シート。
- 前記第1アクリル系樹脂を形成する全体重合性モノマー成分のうち、前記2種以上の(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系モノマーの含量が70重量%〜90重量%であり、前記ヒドロキシ基を含有する架橋性モノマーの含量が10重量%〜30重量%である、請求項2に記載の光学用粘着シート。
- 前記第1粘着組成物は、前記第1アクリル系樹脂100重量部に対して、多官能性(メタ)アクリレート系化合物を0.01重量部〜5.1重量部でさらに含む、請求項2に記載の光学用粘着シート。
- 前記第1粘着層は、前記第1粘着組成物がUV硬化して形成される、請求項2に記載の光学用粘着シート。
- 前記第2粘着層は、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系モノマー及びカルボキシル基を含有する架橋性モノマーが共重合して形成された第2アクリル系樹脂を含む第2粘着組成物が硬化して形成される、請求項1に記載の光学用粘着シート。
- 前記第2アクリル系樹脂を形成する全体重合性モノマー成分のうち、前記(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系モノマーの含量が80重量%〜95重量%であり、前記カルボキシル基を含有する架橋性モノマーの含量が5重量%〜20重量%である、請求項6に記載の光学用粘着シート。
- 前記第2粘着組成物は、前記第2アクリル系樹脂100重量部に対して、多官能性(メタ)アクリレート系化合物を0.01重量部〜5.1重量部でさらに含む、請求項6に記載の光学用粘着シート。
- 前記第2粘着層は、前記第2粘着組成物が熱硬化して形成される、請求項1に記載の光学用粘着シート。
- 前記第1粘着層の厚さが前記第2粘着層の厚さより大きい、請求項1に記載の光学用粘着シート。
- 前記第1粘着層の厚さが50μm〜300μmである、請求項10に記載の光学用粘着シート。
- 前記第2粘着層の厚さが5μm〜50μmである、請求項10に記載の光学用粘着シート。
- 前記多官能性(メタ)アクリレート系化合物は、多官能性(メタ)アクリレート系モノマー、多官能性(メタ)アクリレート系オリゴマーまたはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項4または8に記載の光学用粘着シート。
- 前記多官能性(メタ)アクリレート系オリゴマーは、重量平均分子量が1,000g/mol〜3,000g/molである、請求項13に記載の光学用粘着シート。
