- 電子弁(1)用の弁コアであって、
該弁コアは、
弁ヘッド(2)と、
可動子(3)と、を備え、前記弁ヘッド(2)および前記可動子(3)はガイドロッド(7)によって互いに接続されていることを特徴とする、電子弁(1)用の弁コア。 - 前記ガイドロッド(7)および前記可動子(3)は、締りばめによって互いに接続されている、請求項1記載の弁コア。
- 前記ガイドロッド(7)は、固定部材(24)によって前記弁ヘッド(2)に接続されており、前記固定部材(24)は、前記ガイドロッド(7)に固定されて接続されており、前記ガイドロッド(7)の軸方向で前記弁ヘッド(2)と前記固定部材(24)との間に間隙が残されており、前記ガイドロッド(7)の半径方向で前記弁ヘッド(2)と前記ガイドロッド(7)との間に間隙が残されている、請求項1記載の弁コア。
- 前記ガイドロッド(7)は、スナップリング(25)によって前記弁ヘッド(2)に接続されており、前記スナップリング(25)は前記弁ヘッド(2)に射出成形されており、前記ガイドロッド(7)の軸方向および前記ガイドロッド(7)の半径方向の両方において前記スナップリング(25)と前記ガイドロッド(7)との間に間隙が残されている、請求項1記載の弁コア。
- 前記スナップリング(25)は、鋼材料から形成されており、前記スナップリング(25)および前記弁ヘッド(2)は、一体的に射出成形されている、請求項4記載の弁コア。
- 電子弁(1)であって、
該電子弁(1)は、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の弁コアを備え、前記電子弁(1)は、
上側ステータ(10)および下側ステータ(11)と、
ガイドロッド(7)を案内するための上側軸受(22)および下側軸受(23)と、
弁ヘッド(2)を付勢する弾性構成部材(4)と、
可動子(3)の周囲を包囲するスリーブ(8)と、
該スリーブ(8)を少なくとも部分的に包囲するボビン(5)と、
該ボビン(5)に巻き付けられたコイル(6)と、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする、電子弁(1)。 - 前記上側軸受(22)は、前記上側ステータ(10)と締りばめ接続されているのに対し、前記下側軸受(23)は、前記スリーブ(8)と締りばめ接続されている、請求項6記載の電子弁。
- 前記上側軸受(22)および前記下側軸受(23)は、銅ベースの粉末冶金学的元素から形成されている、請求項6記載の電子弁。
- 前記スリーブ(8)は、透磁性材料から形成されている、請求項6記載の電子弁。
- 前記弁コアの移動によって生じる高圧または真空を除去するために、前記上側軸受(22)および/または前記下側軸受(23)に溝および/または通気孔が設けられている、請求項6記載の電子弁。
- 前記電子弁(1)は、パルスエネルギを吸収する電子構成部材(9)をさらに備える、請求項6記載の電子弁。
- 前記パルスエネルギを吸収する電子構成部材(9)は、ダイオードである、請求項11記載の電子弁。
- 前記電子弁は、過給式エンジンの圧縮ガスバイパス弁として使用される、請求項6記載の電子弁。
