Claims (9)
- 画素領域とデータ線配線領域とを含んでなり、かつ該画素領域に透明画素電極層を形成するとともに、該画素領域と該データ線配線領域とに第1金属層と第1絶縁層とアモルファスシリコン層と第2金属層と第2絶縁層を形成し、
該第1絶縁層が該第1金属層を覆い、
該アモルファスシリコンと該第2金属層と該第2絶縁層とが順に該第1絶縁層上に形成され、
該画素領域の該第2絶縁層にコンタクトホールを形成し、該透明画素電極が該コンタクトホールを介して該第2金属層にコンタクトすることを特徴とする薄膜トランジスタアレイ基板。 - 前記薄膜トランジスタアレイ基板が、該第1絶縁層と該アモルファスシリコン層との間に形成されるカラーレジスト層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薄膜トランジスタアレイ基板。
- 前記カラーレジスト層が、レッドカラーレジスト層か、グリーンカラーレジスト層か、またはブルーカラーレジスト層であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の薄膜トランジスタアレイ基板。
- 第1フォトリソグラフィマスクを利用して画素領域とデータ線配線領域に該第1金属膜層を形成するAのステップと、
第1絶縁層を蒸着するBのステップと、
第2フォトリソグラフィマスクを利用して該第1絶縁層上にアモルファスシリコン層と第2金属層とを形成するCのステップと、
第2絶縁層を蒸着するDのステップと、
第3フォトリソグラフィマスクを利用して該画素領域の該第2絶縁層にコンタクトホールを形成するEのステップと、
第4フォトリソグラフィマスクを利用して該画素領域の該第2絶縁層上に透明画素電極層を形成するFのステップと、を含み、
該透明画素電極層が該コンタクトホールを介して該画素領域の該第2金属層にコンタクトすることを特徴とする薄膜トランジスタアレイ基板の製造方法。 - 前記Cのステップを行う前に該第1絶縁層上にカラーレジスト層を蒸着するステップが含まれることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の薄膜トランジスタアレイ基板の製造方法。
- 前記カラーレジスト層が、レッドカラーレジスト層か、グリーンカラーレジスト層か、またはブルーカラーレジスト層であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の薄膜トランジスタアレイ基板の製造方法。
- 薄膜トランジスタアレイ基板と、該薄膜トランジスタアレイ基板に対応して設ける第2基板と、該薄膜トランジスタアレイ基板と、薄膜トランジスタアレイ基板と該第2基板との間に設ける液晶層とを含んでなり、
該薄膜トランジスタアレイ基板が画素領域とデータ線配線領域とを含み、
該画素領域に透明画素電極層を形成するとともに、該画素領域と該データ線配線領域とに第1金属層と第1絶縁層とアモルファスシリコン層と第2金属層と第2絶縁層を形成し、
該第1絶縁層が該第1金属層を覆い、
該アモルファスシリコンと該第2金属層と該第2絶縁層とが順に該第1絶縁層上に形成され、
該画素領域の該第2絶縁層にコンタクトホールを形成し、該透明画素電極が該コンタクトホールを介して該第2金属層にコンタクトすることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記薄膜トランジスタアレイ基板が、該第1絶縁層と該アモルファスシリコン層との間に形成されるカラーレジスト層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記カラーレジスト層が、レッドカラーレジスト層か、グリーンカラーレジスト層か、またはブルーカラーレジスト層であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の液晶表示装置。
