Claims (16)
- 水タンク、容器またはプールの床や底部にエアレーション部材を固定するアセンブリーブラケットであって、
横フランジ接続部材を有する上部異形部分、
基部、およびこの基部から延在する上部フランジ接続部分を有する下部異形部分、および
前記アセンブリーブラケットを前記タンクまたは容器の前記床または基部に固定する取り付け装置を有し、
スナップ嵌め接続によって前記上部異形部分の前記横フランジ接続部分に対応して係合するように前記上部フランジ接続部分を構成し、前記下部異形部分がさらに、前記下部異形部分の横断幅に延在する貫通部分を有することを特徴とするアセンブリーブラケット。
- 前記取り付け装置が、前記下部異形部分に横取り付け部分を有し、この取り付け部分が貫通ボアを有し、このボアが、前記タンク、容器またはプールの前記床または底部に前記下部異形部分を固定する取り付けボルトを受け取る請求項1に記載のアセンブリーブラケット。
- 前記アセンブリーブラケットの前記基部が実質的にU字形の受け取り部分および横肩部分を有し、前記エアレーション部材が前記アセンブリーブラケット内の所定位置にある場合に、前記エアレーション部材周囲で膨張した膜スリーブが前記肩部分にのみ接触するように前記上部異形部分および前記下部異形部分を構成した請求項1に記載のアセンブリーブラケット。
- 前記上部異形部分が、前記横フランジ接続部材間に延在する長尺でかつ実質的にアーチ状の部分を有する請求項1に記載のアセンブリーブラケット。
- 前記取り付け装置が、前記下部異形部分に形成した中心孔を有し、この中心孔にアンカーロッドを受け取り、前記アセンブリーブラケットを前記床に固定する請求項1に記載のアセンブリーブラケット。
- 前記膜が収縮状態または膨張状態のいずれかの状態にある場合に、前記エアレーション部材が前記肩部のみに接触して、前記エアレーション部材周囲のこの膜を締め付けることなく、あるいは制限することなく前記エアレーション部材を前記アセンブリーブラケット内部に緩く保持する請求項3に記載のアセンブリーブラケット。
- 前記上部異形部分および前記下部異形部分が、前記スナップ嵌め接続を行う協調凹部およびアンダーカット部分を有する請求項1に記載のアセンブリーブラケット。
- さらに、前記スナップ嵌め接続によって接続した場合に、前記上部異形部分および前記下部異形部分を固定する固定ネジを有する請求項1に記載のアセンブリーブラケット。
- 相互に隣接して、あるいは直列に配置した少なくとも一つのエアレーション部材であって、これらエアレーション部材それぞれが、横断面が実質的に楕円形で、外面が波形の実質的に平坦で、剛性を示す支持部材を有し;この波形外面が溝を形成する凸部、空気供給源に対してシールされた接続を形成する協調継手を受け取るネジ式開口、前記支持部材の周囲に設けられ、内部に複数のスリットを有する可撓性膜(圧縮ガスが前記支持部材と前記膜との間に導入され、かつスリットを介して、ガス化すべき液体中にこの圧縮ガスが逃げ出る);および前記支持部材の少なくとも一端の周囲に前記膜を保持する少なくとも一つの保持クランプを有する少なくとも一つのエアレーション部材;
水容器またはプールの床または底部に第1および第2エアレーション部材を固定する少なくとも一つのアセンブリーブラケットであって、この少なくとも一つのアセンブリーブラケットが横フランジ接続部材を有する上部異形部分;基部、およびこの基部から延在する上部フランジ接続部分を有する下部異形部分、および前記基部に横に設けられ、前記アセンブリーブラケットを前記タンクまたは容器の前記床または底部に取り付ける横フランジ取り付け部分を有する取り付け装置(前記上部フランジ接続部分が、前記上部異形部分の前記の横フランジ接続部分に対応して係合するように構成され、そして前記下部異形部分が前記下部異形部分の横断面幅に延在する貫通部分を有し);前記の横フランジ接続部分を前記の上部フランジ接続部分に固定する固定部材;および前記タンク、容器またはプールの前記床または底部に前記下部異形部分を固定する固定用ロッドを有するアセンブリーブラケット、
前記の第1および第2エアレーション部材の隣接端部を相互に接続して、前記の第1エアレーション部材を介して供給される空気を前記の第2エアレーション部材に導入する接続部材、および
前記の第1および第2のエアレーション部材の前記隣接端部に対向する端部において前記の第1エアレーション部材に接続される空気供給接続部を有する液体をガス化することを特徴とするアセンブリー。
- 前記取り付け部分が、取り付けボルトを受け取って、前記タンク、容器またはプールの前記床または底部に前記下部異形部分を固定する貫通ボアを有する請求項9に記載のアセンブリー。
- 前記アセンブリーブラケットの前記基部が実質的にU字形の受け取り部分および横肩部分を有し、前記エアレーション部材が前記アセンブリーブラケット内の所定位置にある時に、前記エアレーション部材周囲の膨張膜スリーブが前記肩部分にのみに接触するように、前記上部異形部分および前記下部異形部分を構成した請求項9に記載のアセンブリー。
- 前記上部異形部分が長尺で、実質的にアーチ状の部分を有し、このアーチ状部分が前記の横フランジ接続部材間に延在する請求項9に記載のアセンブリー。
- 前記取り付け装置が前記下部異形部分に設けられる中心孔を有し、この孔に中心アンカーロッドを受け取り、前記アセンブリーブラケットを前記床に固定する請求項9に記載のアセンブリー。
- 前記膜が収縮状態または膨張状態のいずれかの状態にある時に、前記エアレーション部材が前記肩部分にのみ接触して、前記エアレーション部材周囲の前記膜を締め付けることなく、あるいは制限することなく、前記エアレーション部材を前記アセンブリーブラケット内に緩く保持する請求項13に記載のアセンブリー。
- 前記上部異形部分および前記下部異形部分は、前記スナップ嵌め接続を行うために協調する凹部およびアンダーカット部分を有する請求項9に記載のアセンブリーブラケット。
- さらに、前記スナップ嵌め接続によって接続した場合に、前記上部異形部分および前記下部異形部分を固定する固定用ネジを有する請求項9に記載のアセンブリーブラケット。
