Claims (9)
- 液体を気化あるいはエアレーションするエアレーション要素体において、
溝部(21)を間にして画定した隆起部(20)を有する波形外面である波状外側面(3、4)と略楕円形の横断面とを有した構造であり、且つ、全体的に扁平状であって更に剛性のある支持要素体(2)を備え、
そして、
空気供給のために密封接続をする接合取り付け具を受け入れるネジ付き開口部(8)と、
上記支持要素体(2)の周囲に設けられ、且つ複数のスリット(7)を設けた可撓性のある膜(5)であって、上記支持要素体(2)と上記膜(5)との間に圧縮された気体が導入され、この気体が気化すべき液体中に上記スリット(7)を介して流出する上記膜(5)と、
上記支持要素体(2)の少なくとも一端の周囲に固定する上記膜(5)を保持するために少なくとも一つのクランプ(6)と、
さらに、上記支持要素体(2)の内部に異物が逆流することを防止する逆止め弁アセンブリー(15)を有し、この逆止め弁アセンブリー(15)が上記支持要素体(2)に形成した開口(16)および上記支持要素体(2)の円周周囲に設けた可撓性バンド(17)を有し、そして上記開口(16)を覆って上記異物に対してこの開口を密封し、上記支持要素体(2)が少なくとも一端の周囲に段差部分を有し、上記段差部分が上記逆止め弁アセンブリー(15)の上記可撓性バンド(17)を受け入れる凹部領域(18)と、
を有することを特徴とするエアレーション要素体。
- 上記膜(5)の内周が上記支持要素体(2)の外周に等しく、および/または上記支持要素体(2)が上記クランプ(6)の対応する凹部(26)内に受け取られる隆起ビーズ(22)、および、少なくとも一つの上記クランプ(6)および上記膜(5)の位置を上記支持要素体(2)の周囲に維持する複数のグリップ(23)を有する請求項1に記載のエアレーション要素体。
- 上記膜(5)がEPDM、シリコーン、ポリウレタン、熱硬化ポリマーおよび熱可塑性エラストマーの群から選択される材料から形成され、および/または上記支持要素体(2)がプラスチック、あるいはアルミニウムまたはステンレス鋼製の剛性のある材料から形成された請求項1あるいは請求項2のいずれかに記載のエアレーション要素体。
- 上記支持要素体(2)の上記ネジ付き開口部(8)が、上記支持要素体(2)の内部に空気流れを供給する空気供給ホールに接続された請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のエアレーション要素体。
- 複数の半径方向リブ(9)が上記ネジ付き開口部(8)から外側に伸長し、これら半径方向リブ(9)が供給された空気の流れを上記支持要素体(2)の内部の方向に向けるように構成され、上記支持要素体(2)が長手方向の両端で開放できるように構成された請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のエアレーション要素体。
- さらに、上記エアレーション要素体(1)の少なくとも一端においてこのエアレーション要素体を表面(60)に固定する取り付けアセンブリー(50)を有し、
上記表面(60)が気化すべき液体を収容したタンクまたはプールの床部または底部に在って、この取り付けアセンブリー(50)によって上記エアレーション要素体(1)が沈んだ状態で上下にかつ水平に動くことを防止するように構成した請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のエアレーション要素体。
- 上記取り付けアセンブリー(50)が間に上記エアレーション要素体(1)を固定する少なくとも一つの自在フランジ(51、52)であって、少なくとも一つの上記フランジ(51、52)が固定される異形材レール(55)、およびこの異形材レール(55)を上記表面(60)に固定するネジ付きボルト接続部(56)を有する請求項6に記載のエアレーション要素体。
- さらに、上記エアレーション要素体(1)の少なくとも一端においてこのエアレーション要素体を表面(60)に固定する自在取り付けブラケット(66)を有し、
この自在取り付けブラケット(66)によって上記エアレーション要素体(1)の上記表面(60)に対する高さを調節するとともに、上記表面(60)が気化すべき液体を収容したタンクまたはプールの床部または底部に在って、上記エアレーション要素体(1)が沈んだ状態で上下にかつ水平に動くことを防止する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のエアレーション要素体。
- さらに、接合用ネジ付きホース継ぎ手(62)と空気を上記エアレーション要素体(1)に供給する可撓性ホース(64)とを受け入れるネジ付き継ぎ手(61)を有する請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のエアレーション要素体。
