Claims (13)
- 電気化学セル(2)のバイポーラ板(10)と、電極(6a、6b)との間に取り付けるためのガス拡散層(8)であって、
重なり合って積層された少なくとも2つのレイヤを含んでおり、
前記レイヤのうちの少なくとも1つは、累進的なばね特性曲線を備えたばね構成要素(12a、12b、12c)として構成されている、
ことを特徴とするガス拡散層(8)。 - 少なくとも3つのレイヤが設けられており、
前記ばね構成要素(12a、12b、12c)は、前記ガス拡散層(8)の外側のレイヤを構成している、
請求項1に記載のガス拡散層(8)。 - 重なり合って積層された前記少なくとも2つのレイヤは、それらの構造及び/又は組成が互いに異なっている、
請求項1又は2に記載のガス拡散層(8)。 - 接触接続構成要素(19、24、28)、拡散構成要素、前記ばね構成要素(12a、12b、12c)の3つのレイヤを含む、
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のガス拡散層(8)。 - 前記ばね構成要素(12a、12b、12c)は、前記ばね特性曲線が、異なる経過を有する少なくとも2つの領域、特に3つの領域(I、II、III)に区分可能である、ように構成されている、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のガス拡散層(8)。 - 前記ばね構成要素(12a、12b、12c)は、5barまでの押圧力の際に、最大弾性変形に対して60%まで、特に80%までになる、前記ばね構成要素(12a、12b、12c)の変形が行われる、ように構成されている、
請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のガス拡散層(8)。 - 前記ばね構成要素(12a、12b、12c)は、5barと25barとの間の押圧力の際に、最大弾性変形に対して60%と90%との間にある、前記ばね構成要素(12a、12b、12c)の変形が行われる、ように構成されている、
請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のガス拡散層(8)。 - 前記ばね構成要素(12a、12b、12c)は、導電性材料から構成されており、特に貴金属、チタン、ニオブ、タンタル及び/又はニッケルから構成されている、
請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のガス拡散層(8)。 - 前記ばね構成要素(12a、12b、12c)は、外形が板(12a、12c)の形状で構成されている、
請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のガス拡散層(8)。 - 前記ばね構成要素(12a、12b、12c)は、網目(21b)の形状で構成されている、
請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載のガス拡散層(8)。 - 前記ばね構成要素(12a、12b、12c)には、1つ以上の螺旋体(22)が含まれている、
請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載のガス拡散層(8)。 - 請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載のガス拡散層(8)を備えた電気化学セル(2)、特にPEM電気分解セル又はガルバニ電池。
- 請求項12に記載のPEM電気分解セル(2)を備えた電気分解装置。
