Claims (16)
- パラキシレンを製造する方法であって、
(a1)C6+芳香族炭化水素を含む供給原料流を、少なくともC7−芳香族炭化水素含有流、C8芳香族炭化水素含有流およびC9+芳香族炭化水素含有流に分離する工程、
(b1)前記C7−芳香族炭化水素含有流の少なくとも一部を、トルエンをキシレンに転化してメチル化された流出物流を製造するのに有効な条件の下でメチル化剤と接触させる工程、
(c1)前記C8芳香族炭化水素含有流の少なくとも一部を、エチルベンゼンを脱アルキル化してエチルベンゼンに乏しいC8芳香族炭化水素含有流を製造するのに有効な条件の下で触媒と接触させる工程、
(d1)前記メチル化された流出物流および前記エチルベンゼンに乏しいC8芳香族炭化水素含有流からパラキシレンを回収して、少なくとも1つのパラキシレンに乏しい流を製造する工程、
(e1)前記少なくとも1つのパラキシレンに乏しい流の少なくとも一部を、前記パラキシレンに乏しい流中のキシレンを異性化して異性化された流を製造するのに有効な液相条件の下でキシレン異性化触媒と接触させる工程、
(f1)前記異性化された流の少なくとも一部を(d1)にリサイクルする工程、
(g1)前記C9+含有流の少なくとも一部を、C9+芳香族をC8−芳香族に転化してトランスアルキル化された流を製造するのに有効な条件の下でトランスアルキル化触媒と接触させる工程、および
(h1)前記トランスアルキル化された流の少なくとも一部を(b1)および(d1)のうちの1つ以上にリサイクルする工程
を含む、方法。 - (a1)に記載の供給原料流が、改質油流からC5−炭化水素を除くことによって製造された、C6+芳香族および脂肪族炭化水素の混合物を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記C7−芳香族炭化水素含有流が非芳香族を除くための抽出に付されてトルエン含有芳香族流が製造され、前記トルエン含有芳香族流がベンゼン流およびトルエン流に分離され、さらに前記トルエン流が接触工程(b1)に供給される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ベンゼン流またはベンゼン含有流の一部が接触工程(g1)に供給されてメチル基と環との比が最適化される、請求項3に記載のプロセス。
- 分離工程(a1)が分割壁蒸留塔によって実施される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ベンゼン含有流の少なくとも一部が接触工程(b1)に供給される、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記メチル化剤がメタノールを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 接触工程(b1)が、120℃の温度および60トール(8kPa)の2,2−ジメチルブタンの圧力で測定されたときに2,2−ジメチルブタンについての約0.1〜15秒−1の拡散パラメーターを有する多孔性結晶質物質を含む触媒の存在下で実施される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔性結晶質物質が、少なくとも950℃の温度でスチームによる前処理を受けたZSM−5を含む、請求項8に記載の方法。

(g2)前記少なくとも1つのパラキシレンに乏しい流中のキシレンを異性化して、第1の異性化された流を製造するための液相キシレン異性化装置、および
(h2)前記第1の異性化された流の少なくとも一部を前記第2の分離装置にリサイクルするためのリサイクル装置
を含む、パラキシレンを製造する装置。 - (i2)前記C7−芳香族炭化水素含有流から非芳香族を除いてトルエン含有芳香族流を製造するための抽出蒸留装置、および
(j2)前記トルエン含有芳香族流をベンゼン流およびトルエン流へと分離するための第3の分離装置
をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の装置。 - (k2)前記C8芳香族炭化水素含有流、前記メチル化された流出物流および前記トランスアルキル化流出物流のうちの1つ以上からオルトキシレンを回収するための第4の分離装置
