1132.5mgのヒマワリ種子油
各成分をステンレス鋼のボウルに集め、手袋をはめた手で混ぜ合わせた。
均質な混合物を脱水機トレイ上に均一に広げ、30分間脱水した。製剤された茶を、冷却してから、無菌ジップロック袋に入れた。

Claims (52)
- (a)治療に効果的な量の親油性活性剤であって、カンナビノイド、ニコチン、非ステロイド性抗炎症薬(NSAID)、及びビタミンからなる群から選択される前記親油性活性剤と、
(b)生物学的利用能を高める作用物であって、前記親油性活性剤の生物学的利用能を高める、生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物と、
(c)食品であって、茶葉、コーヒー豆、ココアパウダ、肉、魚、果物、野菜、乳製品、豆類、パスタ、パン、穀類、種子、ナッツ、香辛料、及びハーブからなる群から選択される前記食品と、
を含む、親油性活性剤を注入された食品。 - (i)前記食品を、前記親油性活性剤及び生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物を含む油と接触させるステップと、
(ii)前記食品を脱水するステップと、
によって、親油性活性剤を注入された前記食品を製造することにより、取得可能な、請求項1に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品。 - 前記ステップ(i)は、前記親油性活性剤及び生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物を含む前記油の中で前記食品を飽和させるステップを含む、請求項2に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品。
- 生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物は食用の油又は脂肪である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品。
- 生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物は保護コロイドである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品。
- 生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物は保護コロイドと食用の油又は脂肪の両方である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品。
- 生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物は、親油性活性剤の味をマスクする作用物でもある、請求項6に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品。
- 保護コロイド、食用の油又は脂肪、及び親油性活性剤の味をマスクする作用物である、生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物は脱脂粉乳である、請求項7に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品。
- 生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物は、オメガ6脂肪酸を実質的に含まない、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品。
- 患者における前記親油性活性剤の生物学的利用能は、生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物がない場合の前記患者における前記親油性活性剤の生物学的利用能の少なくとも約1.5倍である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品。
- 患者における前記親油性活性剤の生物学的利用能は、生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物がない場合の前記患者における前記親油性活性剤の生物学的利用能の少なくとも約2倍である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品。
- 患者における前記親油性活性剤の生物学的利用能は、生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物がない場合の前記患者における前記親油性活性剤の生物学的利用能の少なくとも約5倍である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品。
- 患者における前記親油性活性剤の生物学的利用能は、生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物がない場合の前記患者における前記親油性活性剤の生物学的利用能の少なくとも約10倍である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品。
- 患者における前記親油性活性剤の生物学的利用能は20%を超える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品。
- 更に香料を含む、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品。
- 前記香料は、バニラ、バニリン、エチルバニリン、オレンジ油、ペパーミント油、イチゴ、ラズベリー、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項15に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品。
- 更に、凍結乾燥される、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品。

- 前記非精神活性カンナビノイドはカンナビジオールである、請求項18に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品。
- 前記親油性活性剤は、アセチルサリチル酸、イブプロフェン、アセトアミノフェン、ジクロフェナック、インドメタシン、及びピロキシカムからなる群から選択されるNSAIDである、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品。
- 前記親油性活性剤はビタミンEである、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品。
- (i)請求項1から23のいずれか一項に従って、親油性活性剤を注入された茶葉、コーヒー豆、又はココアパウダを提供するステップと、
(ii)親油性活性剤を注入された前記茶葉、コーヒー豆、又はココアパウダを液体に浸すステップと、
によって、親油性活性剤を注入された飲料製品を製造することにより、取得可能な、親油性活性剤を注入された飲料製品。 - 親油性活性剤を注入された食品を製造する工程であって、
(i)食品を、親油性活性剤及び生物学的利用能を高める作用物を含む油と接触させるステップと、
(ii)前記食品を脱水するステップと、
によって、親油性活性剤を注入された前記食品を製造することを含み、親油性活性剤を注入された前記食品は、治療に効果的な量の前記親油性活性剤を含み、更に、
(a)前記親油性活性剤は、カンナビノイド、ニコチン、非ステロイド性抗炎症薬(NSAID)、及びビタミンからなる群から選択され、
(b)生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物は、前記親油性活性剤の生物学的利用能を高め、
(c)前記食品は、茶葉、コーヒー豆、ココアパウダ、肉、魚、果物、野菜、乳製品、豆類、パスタ、パン、穀類、種子、ナッツ、香辛料、及びハーブからなる群から選択される、
工程。 - 前記ステップ(i)は、前記親油性活性剤及び生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物を含む前記油の中で前記食品を飽和させるステップを含む、請求項25に記載の工程。
- 生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物は食用の油又は脂肪である、請求項24から26のいずれか一項に記載の工程。
- 生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物は保護コロイドである、請求項24から26のいずれか一項に記載の工程。
- 生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物は保護コロイドと食用の油又は脂肪の両方である、請求項24から26のいずれか一項に記載の工程。
- 生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物は、親油性活性剤の味をマスクする作用物でもある、請求項29に記載の工程。
- 保護コロイド、食用の油又は脂肪、及び親油性活性剤の味をマスクする作用物である、生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物は脱脂粉乳である、、請求項30に記載の工程。
- 生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物は、オメガ6脂肪酸を実質的に含まない、請求項24から31のいずれか一項に記載の工程。
- 患者における前記親油性活性剤の生物学的利用能は、生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物がない場合の前記患者における前記親油性活性剤の生物学的利用能の少なくとも約1.5倍である、請求項24から32のいずれか一項に記載の工程。
- 患者における前記親油性活性剤の生物学的利用能は、生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物がない場合の前記患者における前記親油性活性剤の生物学的利用能の少なくとも約2倍である、請求項24から32のいずれか一項に記載の工程。
- 患者における前記親油性活性剤の生物学的利用能は、生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物がない場合の前記患者における前記親油性活性剤の生物学的利用能の少なくとも約5倍である、請求項24から32のいずれか一項に記載の工程。
- 患者における前記親油性活性剤の生物学的利用能は、生物学的利用能を高める前記作用物がない場合の前記患者における前記親油性活性剤の生物学的利用能の少なくとも約10倍である、請求項24から32のいずれか一項に記載の工程。
- 患者における前記親油性活性剤の生物学的利用能は20%を超える、請求項24から32のいずれか一項に記載の工程。
- 前記ステップ(i)は、前記食品を香料と接触させるステップを含む、請求項24から37のいずれか一項に記載の工程。

- 親油性活性剤を注入された前記食品は茶葉であり、前記茶葉をティーバッグにパッケージするステップを更に含む、請求項24から45のいずれか一項に記載の工程。
- 親油性活性剤を注入された飲料製品を製造する工程であって、請求項24から46のいずれか一項の工程に従って、親油性活性剤を注入された茶葉、コーヒー豆、又はココアパウダを製造するステップを含み、更に、親油性活性剤を注入された前記茶葉、コーヒー豆、又はココアパウダを液体に浸すステップを含み、これによって、親油性活性剤を注入された前記飲料製品を製造する工程。
- 請求項1から23のいずれか一項に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品、又は、請求項24に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された飲料製品を、それを必要とする患者に投与するステップを含む、症状を治療する方法であって、前記親油性活性剤はカンナビノイドであり、前記症状は、心疾患(例えば、心臓病、虚血性梗塞、及び心代謝障害)、神経疾患(例えば、アルツハイマー病、パーキンソン病、統合失調症、及びヒト免疫不全ウイルス(HIV)認知症)、肥満、代謝異常(例えば、インスリン関連の欠乏症及び脂質状態、肝疾患、糖尿病、及び食欲障害)、がん化学療法、良性前立腺肥大症、過敏性腸症候群、胆道疾患、卵巣異常、マリファナ乱用、及びアルコール、オピオイド、ニコチン、又はコカインの依存症からなる群から選択される、方法。
- 請求項1から23のいずれか一項に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品、又は、請求項24に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された飲料製品を、それを必要とする患者に投与するステップを含む、症状を治療する方法であって、前記親油性活性剤はニコチンであり、前記症状は、たばこ依存症/中毒、パーキンソン病、潰瘍性結腸炎、アルツハイマー病、統合失調症、注意欠陥多動性障害(ADHD)、トゥレット症候群、潰瘍性大腸炎、及び禁煙後体重管理からなる群から選択されるニコチン関連障害である、方法。
- 請求項1から23のいずれか一項に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品、又は、請求項24に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された飲料製品を、それを必要とする患者に投与するステップを含む、症状を治療する方法であって、前記親油性活性剤はNSAIDであり、前記症状は、喘息、慢性閉塞性肺疾患、肺線維症、炎症性大腸炎、過敏性腸症候群、炎症性疼痛、発熱、片頭痛、頭痛、腰痛、線維筋痛、筋膜障害、ウイルス感染(例えば、インフルエンザ、普通の風邪、帯状疱疹、C型肝炎、及びAIDS)、細菌感染、真菌感染症、月経困難症、火傷、外科処置又は歯科処置、悪性腫瘍(例えば、乳がん、結腸がん、及び前立腺がん)、高プロスタグランジンE症候群、古典型バーター症候群、アテローム性動脈硬化症、痛風、関節炎、変形性関節炎、若年性関節炎、関節リウマチ、リウマチ熱、強直性脊椎炎、ホジキン病、全身性エリテマトーデス、血管炎、膵炎、腎炎、滑液包炎、結膜炎、虹彩炎、強膜炎、ぶどう膜炎、創傷治癒、皮膚炎、湿疹、乾癬、脳卒中、糖尿病、神経変性疾患(例えば、アルツハイマー病及び多発性硬化症)、自己免疫疾患、アレルギー性疾患、鼻炎、潰瘍、冠動脈性心疾患、サルコイドーシス、及び他の任意の、炎症性要素を有する疾患からなる群から選択される疼痛、発熱、及び/又は炎症に関連する疾病又は不調である、方法。

- 親油性活性剤の生物学的利用能を高める方法であって、請求項1から23のいずれか一項に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された食品、又は、請求項24に記載の、親油性活性剤を注入された飲料製品を、人間の体温以上の温度まで加熱するステップを含む方法。
- 請求項49に記載の親油性活性剤の生物学的利用能を高める方法であって、親油性活性剤を注入された前記食品を人間の患者に経口投与することを含む方法。
