Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Praline.
Die Herstellung von Pralinen mit verschiedenen Zutaten ist an sich bereits seit langem bekannt. Es bestand die Aufgabe, eine Praline mit neuartiger Zusammensetzung und Ge­ schmack bereitzustellen. Diese Aufgabe wird durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Patentanspruchs gelöst.
Die erfindungsgemäße Praline wird hergestellt aus den Rohstoffen Hanföl, Hanfmehl, Hanfkörnern, Hanf-Likör und Bio-Schokolade.
Die Herstellung und Zusammensetzung der erfindungsgemäßen Praline wird nachfolgend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels näher beschrieben:
Herstellung von ca. 50 Stück Pralinen Zutaten:
200 gr. Hanfmehl
6 Eßl. Hanflikör
150 gr. Bio-Schokolade
½ Eßl. Hanföl
20 gr. Hanfkörner
75 gr. Bio-Schokolade
Zubereitung:
  • 1. Hanfmehl in eine Schüssel geben und mit Hanflikör beträufeln (Masse).
  • 2. Bio-Schokolade (150 gr.) im heißen Wasserbad schmelzen, unter die Masse heben und auf einem glatten Brett ca. 10 × 20 cm groß verstreichen. Ca. 1½ Stunden kalt stellen.
  • 3. Hanfkörner mit Hanföl rösten.
  • 4. Teigplatte in ca. 2 × 2 cm große Würfel schneiden. Bio-Schokolade (75 gr.) im Wasser­ bad schmelzen. Hanf-Praline zur Hälfte in die Schokolade tauchen. Mit gerösteten Hanfkörnern verzieren; trocknen lassen. In Manschetten legen.

Claims (1)

  1. Praline, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus den Rohstoffen Hanföl, Hanfmehl, Hanf­ körnern, Hanf-Likör und Bio-Schokolade hergestellt ist.
