Abstract
Description
A)C4〜C5の大きさの分子から形成される低沸点のオレフィン留分を得るための熱分解ガソリンの蒸留。
B)脂肪族および脂環式樹脂を得るための、このC4〜C5不飽和モノマー混合物の重合。
C)不飽和成分を除去するめの樹脂の水素添加。
D)未反応物を除去するための水素化樹脂の蒸留。
−支持体上への簡単で安全な適用を保証するために、被覆に自己粘着性を付与すること、および
−同時に、保護剤用途に好適となるようにするために、基剤として使われるビチューメンの特性を改良すること。
−0.4mmより小さい粒度分布を有する加硫ゴム粉末、

Claims (10)
- 建築物用の粘着性ビチューメン被覆であって、前記被覆が有機および/または無機基材を有する支持物に永続的に結合できるように、ビチューメンおよびビチューメンと混合された粘着剤化添加物を含み、前記粘着剤化添加物が、脂肪族および脂環式樹脂であり、前記被覆が、前記被覆の合計重量の1〜4重量%の脂肪族および脂環式樹脂を含むことを特徴とする被覆。
- 前記脂肪族および脂環式樹脂が、主にC5不飽和炭化水素およびC4およびC6炭化水素留分由来のオリゴマーを含み、前記C5不飽和炭化水素由来のオリゴマーが、ペンテン、ペンタジエン、シクロペンテンおよびシクロペンタジエンの内の1種または複数種のオリゴマーを含む、請求項1に記載の被覆。
- 前記脂肪族および脂環式樹脂がRegalite R1100を含む、請求項2に記載の被覆。
- ビチューメン改質剤も同様に含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の被覆。
- 前記ビチューメン改質剤が、
−0.4mmより小さい粒度分布を有する加硫ゴム粉末、
−SBS、および
−潤滑剤、
を含む請求項4に記載の被覆。 - 前記被覆が、前記被覆の合計重量の10〜30重量%のビチューメン改質剤を含む、請求項4または5に記載の被覆。
- 有機および/または無機基材を有する支持物に永続的に結合するのに好適する、建築物用の粘着性ビチューメン被覆を得るためのビチューメン改質剤の使用であって、前記ビチューメン改質剤が粘着剤化添加物を含み、前記粘着剤化添加物が脂肪族および脂環式樹脂であり、前記ビチューメン改質剤が、前記ビチューメン改質剤の合計重量の10重量%〜40重量%の脂肪族および脂環式樹脂を含むことを特徴とするビチューメン改質剤の使用。
- 前記ビチューメン改質剤が、
−0.4mmより小さい粒度分布を有する加硫ゴム粉末、
−SBS、
−潤滑剤、および
−脂肪族および脂環式樹脂、
を含む混合物を押し出すことにより得られる押出成形品である、請求項7に記載のビチューメン改質剤の使用。 - ビチューメンが170℃〜190℃の温度で脂肪族および脂環式樹脂と混合されるステップを含む、建築物用の粘着性ビチューメン被覆の製造プロセス。
- 建築物用の粘着性ビチューメン被覆のビチューメンを改質するために使用されるビチューメン改質剤の製造プロセスであって、押出成形品を得るために、0.4mmより小さい粒度分布を有する加硫ゴム粉末、SBS、潤滑剤ならびに脂肪族および脂環式樹脂の成分を押出成形することを含む製造プロセス。
