Description
Claims (15)
- 電力半導体スイッチ用の制御回路のための動的基準信号を生成する装置であって、
− 前記電力半導体スイッチの切り替え過程後、所定の期間が満了した後、定常信号レベルをとる動的基準信号を提供する基準信号生成器と、
− 前記動的基準信号を生成するため、前記定常信号レベルを上回るように、前記所定の期間の少なくとも一部にわたって、オフ状態からオン状態への前記電力半導体スイッチの制御信号の切り替えに応答して、前記動的基準信号の信号レベルを高めるように構成された受動充電回路と、
− 前記動的基準信号を取り出す出力と、
を備える装置。 - 前記動的基準信号が、動的基準電圧である、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記受動充電回路が、RC要素を備える、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記受動充電回路が、急上昇という形態で、前記制御信号の切り替えに応答して、前記動的基準信号の前記信号レベルを高めるように構成されている、
請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記受動充電回路は、前記オン状態から前記オフ状態への前記電力半導体スイッチの前記制御信号の切り替え後、前記RC要素のキャパシタンスが充電するようにさらに構成されている、
請求項3または請求項4に記載の装置。 - 前記受動充電回路が、前記制御信号の前記切り替え後、前記RC要素のキャパシタンスが放電することにより、前記一時的に高められたレベルの前記動的基準信号を生成することと、放電の結果として前記動的基準信号のレベルを再度前記定常レベルに戻すこととを行うように構成されている、
請求項3から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記基準信号生成器が、前記定常信号レベルを生成する回路を含む、
請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記動的基準信号を所定の最小レベルに制限するように構成された第1のクランプ回路をさらに備える、
請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記動的基準信号を所定の最大レベルに制限するように構成された第2のクランプ回路をさらに備える、
請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記基準信号生成器と前記受動充電回路との間に接続された受動スイッチをさらに備え、
前記受動スイッチが、前記オン状態から前記オフ状態への前記電力半導体スイッチの前記制御信号の切り替えに応答して、前記基準信号生成器と前記受動充電回路とを絶縁するように構成されている、
請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記動的基準信号が、電流信号である、
請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記動的基準信号を生成する回路、外部の静的基準レベルに接続するための入力、
前記動的基準信号を生成する回路は、前記静的基準レベルを、直接または前記定常信号レベルとして変換された形式で使用するように構成されている、
請求項1から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記装置の内部基準レベルが、前記定常信号レベルを形成する、
請求項1から請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 正常動作中に前記短絡および/または過電流状態検出回路が短絡および/または過電流状態を検出することを防ぐために選択された時定数で、前記RC要素のキャパシタンスが放電する、
請求項3から請求項13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 短絡および/または過電流事象において、短絡および/または過電流状態検出回路が前記短絡および/または過電流状態を検出することを確実なものとするために選択された時定数で、前記RC要素のキャパシタンスが放電する、
