Claims (17)
- ヒーターであって、
加熱される媒体のための入口(1)と、
前記媒体のための出口(2)と、
少なくとも二つのカセット(5)であって、各カセット(5)は、第1の主面(8)を備える第1のプレート(6)と、第2の主面(9)を備える第2のプレート(7)と、を備え、前記第1のプレート(6)および前記第2のプレート(7)は互いに永久的に接合されると共に前記第1および第2のプレート(6,7)間の前記媒体のためのそれぞれの流路(10)を取り囲み、前記カセット(5)は、前記カセット(5)間の空間(23)を伴って互いに並んで配置される、少なくとも二つのカセット(5)と、
前記カセット(5)間の前記空間(23)内に設けられた電気加熱要素(31)であって、前記電気加熱要素(31)は前記カセット(5)の一方の前記第1の主面(8)および隣接するカセット(5)の前記第2の主面(9)に当接する電気加熱要素(31)と、
を備え、
前記ヒーターは、前記一方のカセット(5)と前記隣接するカセット(5)との間に延在する二つの離隔部材(19)を備え、前記離隔部材(19)が前記空間(23)を形成することを特徴とするヒーター。 - 各カセット(5)は、前記一方のカセット(5)の前記流路(10)から前記隣接するカセット(5)の前記流路(10)への前記媒体の流れを可能とする少なくとも二つの開口(26)を備える、請求項1に記載のヒーター。
- 前記一方のカセット(5)の前記開口(26)の少なくとも一つは、前記隣接するカセット(5)の前記開口の一つに対向するように設けられ、かつ、前記離隔部材は前記開口を取り囲むと共に前記開口(5)を通る前記流れを可能にする、請求項2に記載のヒーター。
- 各離隔部材(19)は、前記一方のカセット(5)の前記第2の主面(9)および前記隣接するカセット(5)の前記第1の主面(8)に当接する二つの平坦接合領域(24)を形成するリング(20)を備える、請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のヒーター。
- 各離隔部材(19)は、前記一方のカセット(5)の前記第2の主面(9)から、かつ/または前記隣接するカセット(5)の前記第1の主面(8)から延びる少なくとも一つの突起(21,22)を備える、請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のヒーター。
- 各離隔部材(19)は、前記第2の主面(9)からあるいは前記第1の主面(8)から延びる一つの突起(21,22)を備え、かつ、各突起(21,22)は、隣接するカセット(5)の前記第1の主面(8)あるいは前記前記第2の主面(9)に当接する平坦接合領域(24)を備える、請求項5に記載のヒーター。
- 各離隔部材(19)は第1の突起(21)および第2の突起(22)を備え、前記一方のカセット(5)前記第2の主面(9)は、前記第2の主面(9)から外向きに延びる二つの第2の突起(22)を備え、かつ、前記別な隣接するカセット(5)の前記第1のプレート(6)は、前記第1の主面(8)から外向きに延びる二つの第1の突起(21)を備え、前記一方のカセット(5)の前記第1の突起(21)は前記空間(23)を形成するために前記隣接するカセット(5)の前記第2の突起(22)に当接する、請求項5に記載のヒーター。
- 前記第1および第2の突起(21,22)のそれぞれは平坦接合領域(24)を備え、かつ、
前記一方のカセット(5)の前記第2の突起(22)の前記平坦接合領域(24)は、前記ヒーターの前記隣接するカセット(5)の前記第1の突起(21)の前記平坦接合領域(24)に当接する、請求項7に記載のヒーター。 - 前記ヒーターが、前記媒体が前記入口(1)に流入し、前記流路(10)を通り、前記出口(2)から流出することを可能とするように、前記入口(1)は前記カセット(5)の前記流路(10)と流動連通しており、かつ、前記出口(2)は前記カセット(5)の前記流路(10)と流動連通している、請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のヒーター。
- 前記第1の主面(8)および前記第2の主面(9)は実質的に平面である、請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか1項に記載のヒーター。
- 各第1のプレート(6)は、前記第1のプレート(6)の周りでかつ前記第1の主面(8)から離れるように延在する第1のフランジ(11)を備え、
各第2のプレート(7)は、前記第2のプレート(7)の周りでかつ前記第2の主面(9)から離れるように延在する第2のフランジ(12)を備え、
前記第1のプレート(6)および前記第2のプレート(7)は、前記第1のフランジ(11)の外縁および前記第2のフランジ(12)の外縁に沿って延びる接合部によって互いに接合される、請求項1ないし請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のヒーター。 - 接続部材が、各カセット(5)の前記流路(10)内に設けられ、かつ、前記第1の主面(8)を前記第2の主面(9)に対して接続する、請求項1ないし請求項11のいずれか1項に記載のヒーター。
- 前記接続部材は、前記第1の主面(8)および前記第2の主面(9)の少なくとも一方から内向きに延びる複数の窪み(15)を備える、請求項12に記載のヒーター。
- 前記第1の主面(8)から延びる少なくとも一つの窪み(15)が前記第2の主面(9)から延びる窪み(15)に当接する、請求項13に記載のヒーター。
- 前記接続部材は、前記第1のプレートと前記第2のプレートとの間の前記流路に配置された波形シートを備える、請求項12ないし請求項14のいずれか1項に記載のヒーター。
- 前記電気加熱要素(31)は電気抵抗線(32)を備える、請求項1ないし請求項15のいずれか1項に記載のヒーター。
- 熱交換器、および請求項1ないし請求項16のいずれか1項に記載のヒーターを備えた熱交換器設備。
