Abstract
Description
また本発明は、エアベント外部に排出したエアに係わるデータを確認及び管理することができるソレノイドエアベントに関するものである。
また本発明の実施例に係るエアベントは、エアベント外部に排出したエアに係わるデータを確認及び管理することができる。
エアベント100の側面130は、断面が上部に向かって狭くなるピラミッドの構成で形成されることができるが、これについて限定するものではない。
図3は、発明の実施例に係るエアベントを構成要素別に分離して示した側断面図である。図2と同一の構成要素についてはその図面符号を省略する。
上記の構成によってエボベント100内部135の空気を迅速に外に排出させることができるため、ボイラーの熱効率を向上させることができる。
Claims (12)
- エアベント内部の空気を外部に排出させるためのノズル、及び
上記ノズルの開閉を制御するノズル遮断部を備え、
上記ノズル遮断部は、マグネット及び上記エアベント内部の空気嵩に対応して上記マグネットを上記ノズルから離隔させるソレノイドを含むことを特徴とする電子式ソレノイドエアベント。 - 上記マグネットを収容するシリンダー、
上記マグネットの一端に形成されるゴムパッキング、及び
上記マグネットの他端に形成される弾性部材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子式ソレノイドエアベント。 - 上記エアベント内部に位置し、空気の嵩に応じて高さが変化する浮き、及び
上記浮きの高さに対応して上記ソレノイドを動作させる信号を伝達するリードスイッチを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子式ソレノイドエアベント。 - 上記リードスイッチは、上記リードスイッチに上記浮きがセンシングされるか否かに応じて上記ソレノイドを動作させることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電子式ソレノイドエアベント。
- 上記浮きと連結され、表面にホールが形成される遮り膜を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電子式ソレノイドエアベント。
- 上記ソレノイドは、上記弾性部材の弾性力以上に上記マグネットを引き寄せることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電子式ソレノイドエアベント。
- 上記エアベントは、軸断面が上部に向かって狭くなるように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子式ソレノイドエアベント。
- 上記ノズルを人為的に開閉させるエア排出手動ボタンを含む、請求項1に記載の電子式ソレノイドエアベント。
- 上記ソレノイドに駆動電源を供給する電源部を含む、請求項3に記載の電子式ソレノイドエアベント。
- 上記ソレノイドの動作に関する情報を保存するデータ保存部を含む、請求項1に記載の電子式ソレノイドエアベント。
- 上記動作に関する情報は、上記ソレノイドの時間別動作回数、動作した時間、動作時間当り排出されるエアの嵩情報のうち少なくとも一つを保存する、請求項10に記載の電子式ソレノイドエアベント。
- エアベント内部の空気を外部に排出させるためのホールが形成されるノズル、及び、上記ノズルを密閉させ、上記エアベント内部の空気が第1嵩以上の場合、第2嵩未満になるまで上記ノズルを開放して上記空気を排出するノズル遮断部を含むことを特徴とする電子式ソレノイドエアベント。
