Abstract
Description
−光硬化性樹脂の層によって処理される物体の表面を被覆することと;
−物体を光硬化室内に配置することと;
−光硬化室内に光硬化放射域をもたらすことと;
−光硬化室内に真空をもたらすことと;
−物体を光硬化室内で略水平回転軸に従って回転するように設定することと;
を含む光硬化方法を実行することが実質的に可能になる。
Claims (12)
- 光硬化される1つまたは複数の物体(A)を収容できるように構成される光硬化室(2)と、
前記光硬化室(2)内に配置される光硬化放射線の光源(3)と、
前記光硬化室(2)と連通する少なくとも1つの吸引ダクト(5)を有する真空ポンプ(4)と、
光硬化プロセス中に前記物体(A)を移動させるのに適した移動手段(6;106)と、を備え、
前記移動手段(6;106)は、光硬化される前記物体(A)を支持するのに適した支持手段(9)に機械的に関連付けられる駆動シャフト(8)を有する少なくとも1つの電気モータ(7;107)を含み、前記電気モータ(7;107)および前記駆動シャフト(8)は、前記物体(A)に対して略水平回転軸(X)を画定するように構成されることを特徴とする、光硬化装置(1;100)。 - 前記移動手段(6;106)は前記物体(A)を振動させるのに適した振動手段(10;110)も備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光硬化装置(1;100)。
- 前記振動手段(10)は前記電気モータ(7)の基部(7a)に関連付けられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の光硬化装置(1)。
- 前記振動手段(10)は前記装置(1)の構造体(1a)の基部(1b)に関連付けられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の光硬化装置(1)。
- 前記振動手段(10)は1つまたは複数の圧電変換器(11)であることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の光硬化装置(1)。
- 前記振動手段は超音波発生器を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の光硬化装置(1)。
- 前記電気モータ(107)はステップモータであり、前記振動手段(110)は、前記ステップモータ(107)を動作させることができるように構成されるプログラム可能論理回路を備える電子制御手段(112)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の光硬化装置(100)。
- 前記回転運動は、全てが同じ回転方向で行われる複数の回転を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の光硬化装置(100)。
- 前記回転運動は、対向する回転方向で行われる複数の回転を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の光硬化装置(100)。
- 前記光硬化放射線の光源(3)は、UV放射線の1つまたは複数のエミッタを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一項に記載の光硬化装置(1;100)。
- 光硬化装置の光硬化室内に配置される物体の表面を覆うように配設される光硬化性樹脂を光硬化するための方法であって、次の動作:
−前記光硬化性樹脂の層によって前記物体の表面を覆うことと、
−前記物体を前記光硬化室内に配置することと、
−前記光硬化室に光硬化放射域をもたらすことと、
−前記光硬化室内に真空をもたらすことと、
−前記物体を前記光硬化室内で回転するように設定することと、を含み、
前記物体の前記回転は、略水平回転軸に従って行われることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記回転中に前記物体は振動するように設定されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
