Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 器具チップの内部構造を定義する第1内部フレームを製造することと、前記器具チップの外面を定義するために前記第1内部フレームの少なくとも一部を第1コーティングで覆うことと、近位端及び遠位端を有する器具本体を製造することで前記器具チップの近位端が前記器具本体の前記遠位端に配置されることを含む、手術装置の製造方法。
- 前記第1内部フレームの製造が、第1素材の成形、鋳造、機械加工、及び切削のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1素材が、金属、合金、セラミック、合成物、ポリマー、プラスチック、及びエラストマーのうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1内部フレームを第1コーティングで覆うことが、前記第1内部フレームを金属、合金、セラミック、合成物、ポリマー、プラスチック、及びエラストマーのうち少なくとも1つで覆うための射出成形を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 器具本体の製造が、前記第1コーティングを用いて前記器具本体を定義することを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第1内部フレームを前記第1コーティングで覆うことが、前記第1コーティングを用いて前記器具本体を定義するのと同時に起こる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記器具チップの前記近位端及び前記器具本体の前記遠位端を係合することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の前記方法。
- 前記第1内部フレームを製造することが、近位端、遠位端、直線状第1部分、及び前記第1部分から斜めに延びる円弧状第2部分を有する前記第1内部フレームを製造することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1内部フレームの少なくとも一部を第1コーティングで覆うことが、前記遠位端及び前記円弧状第2部分を前記第1コーティングで覆うことを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第1内部フレームを第1コーティングで覆うことが、前記器具チップの遠位端で平面部を定義することを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第1内部フレームを第1コーティングで覆うことが、前記器具本体の縦軸に垂直な平面内で前記第1内部フレーム及び前記第1コーティングの断面形状に異なる形状を定義することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 近位端、遠位端、及び縦軸を有する器具本体と、前記器具本体の前記遠位端に配置され、前記器具本体の縦軸に沿って直線的に延びる第1部分及び前記第1部分から斜めに延びる円弧状の第2部分を含む器具チップと、を含む眼科手術用器具であり、前記器具チップが第1内部フレーム及び前記第1内部フレームを覆う第1コーティングを含む、眼科手術用器具。
- 前記第1コーティングが、前記器具チップの外面を定義する、請求項12に記載の眼科手術用器具。
- 前記器具本体の前記縦軸に対して垂直な平面内での前記第1内部フレーム及び前記第1コーティングの断面形状が異なる形状を定義する、請求項12に記載の眼科手術用器具。
- 前記器具チップが、遠位端で平面部を含む、請求項12に記載の眼科手術用器具。
- 前記器具本体が、前記第1コーティングを含む、請求項12に記載の眼科手術用器具。
- 前記器具本体が、第2内部フレーム及び前記第2内部フレームを覆う第2コーティングを含む、請求項12に記載の眼科手術用器具。
- 前記第1内部フレーム及び第2フレームが一体型の構成要素である、請求項17に記載の眼科手術用器具。
- 前記第1及び第2内部フレーム、並びに前記第1及び第2コーティングが、金属、合金、セラミック、合成物、ポリマー、プラスチック、及びエラストマーのうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項17に記載の眼科手術用器具。
- 遠位端、直線状第1部分、前記第1部分から斜めに延びる円弧状第2部分、及び前記遠位端における平面部を有する器具チップの内部構造を定義する内部フレームを製造することと、コーティングを用いて、縦軸及び表面特徴を含む器具本体の外面を有する前記器具本体を製造することと、前記器具チップの外面を定義するために、前記器具本体の生成と同時に前記内部フレームを前記コーティングで覆うことと、を含む眼科手術用装置の製造方法であって、前記器具本体の前記縦軸に対して垂直な平面内での前記内部フレーム及びコーティングの断面形状は、前記縦軸の少なくとも一部に沿って異なる形状を定義する、方法。
