Abstract
Description
(1)被覆層に含有されるポリエステル樹脂の合成
7L容積の反応器に、テレフタル酸、1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール、エチレングリコールを1:0.3:0.3のモル数の比で入れて、全体ジオールに対して、下記の表1の含有量を満足するようにイソソルビドを添加、混合して、0.5kg/cm2の圧力および270℃の条件でエステル化反応させた。
前記エステル化反応および重縮合反応によって得られたポリエステル樹脂から構成された被覆層と、その他の多様なポリエステル樹脂から構成された基材層とを、多層押出機を用いてそれぞれの溶融温度に調節して溶融させ、多層ダイを用いて積層させる方法で多層ポリエステルシートを製造した。
前記多層ポリエステルシートまたは前記多層ポリエステルシートを用いて製造される成形品を粉砕し、約80℃前後で除湿乾燥させながら不純物を除去した後、前記粉砕物をポリエステル樹脂と混合して溶融押出および共重合させる方法でリサイクルされたポリエステル樹脂を、下記の表1に示された含有量だけ前記基材層に含有させた点を除いて、実施例4と同様の方法で多層ポリエステルシートを製造した。
(1)被覆層に含有されるポリエステル樹脂の合成
下記の表2に示されているように、反応に使用するイソソルビドの含有量を異ならせた点を除いて、実施例1〜5と同様の方法でポリエステル樹脂を得た。
前記実施例1〜5のポリエステル樹脂の代わりに、前記比較例1〜2で得られたポリエステル樹脂を用いた点を除いて、実施例1〜5と同様の方法で多層ポリエステルシートを製造した。
前記実施例および比較例で得られた被覆層に含有されるポリエステル樹脂および多層ポリエステルシートの物性を下記の方法で測定し、その結果を下記の表1および表2にそれぞれ示した。
150℃のオルトクロロフェノール(OCP)に、0.12%の濃度に前記被覆層に含有されるポリエステル樹脂を溶解した後、35℃の恒温槽でウベローデ型粘度計を用いて測定した。
前記被覆層に含有されるポリエステル樹脂を300℃で5分間アニーリング(Annealing)し、常温に冷却させた後、昇温速度10℃/minで再スキャン(2nd Scan)時のガラス転移温度(Glass−rubber transition temperature:Tg)を測定した。
3−1.A type:前記多層ポリエステルシートを用いて(25cm)x(15cm)x(5cm)規格のサンプルを製造し、Jeiotech社のConvection ovenに入れて、90℃の温度で60分間、外観上変形の有無を確認した。前記外観上変形の有無は、肉眼でovenに入れる前のサンプルとovenに入れた後のサンプルの形態上の相違点を観察して判断した。
3−1.B type:前記多層ポリエステルシートを用いて(25cm)x(15cm)x(5cm)規格のサンプルを製造し、Jeiotech社のConvection ovenに入れて、温度を40℃から徐々に上昇させながら、外観上変形が発生し始める「変形温度」を測定した。前記外観上変形の有無は、肉眼でovenに入れる前のサンプルとovenに入れた後のサンプルの形態上の相違点を観察して判断した。
前記多層ポリエステルシートを零下20℃で60分間保管した後、1mの高さから落下して割れるか否かを確認した。
5−1.エタノール100%溶液
エタノール溶液に、前記多層ポリエステルシートを60℃で30時間浸漬させた後、外観確認して変形の有無を確認した。
5−2.サンクリーム:エチルヘキシルメトキシシンナメート(Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate)
サンクリームを前記多層ポリエステルシートに塗布し、熱風オーブン80℃で8時間保管した後、外観確認して変形の有無を確認した。
3−1.A type:前記多層ポリエステルシートを用いて(25cm)x(15cm)x(5cm)規格の熱成形品を製造し、Jeiotech社のConvection ovenに入れて、90℃の温度で60分間、外観上変形の有無を確認した。前記外観上変形の有無は、肉眼でovenに入れる前のサンプルとovenに入れた後のサンプルの形態上の相違点を観察して判断した。

Claims (14)
- 熱可塑性樹脂を含む基材層と、
前記基材層の少なくとも一面に形成され、51モル%〜85モル%のイソソルビドを含むジオール成分の残基およびジカルボン酸成分の残基を含むポリエステル樹脂を含有した被覆層とを含む、多層ポリエステルシート。 - 前記基材層に含まれている熱可塑性樹脂は、ポリエステル樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の多層ポリエステルシート。
- 前記基材層は、リサイクル樹脂をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の多層ポリエステルシート。
- 前記基材層は、1重量%〜70重量%のリサイクル樹脂を含む、請求項3に記載の多層ポリエステルシート。
- 前記被覆層に含有されたポリエステル樹脂に含まれるジオール成分は、イソソルビド51モル%〜85モル%;および残量の脂肪族ジオール成分;を含む、請求項1に記載の多層ポリエステルシート。
- 前記被覆層に含有されたポリエステル樹脂に含まれるジカルボン酸成分は、芳香族ジカルボン酸成分を含む、請求項1に記載の多層ポリエステルシート。
- 前記被覆層に含有されたポリエステル樹脂は、120℃〜165℃のガラス転移温度を有する、請求項1に記載の多層ポリエステルシート。
- Oven test B typeによる変形温度が90℃以上である、請求項1に記載の多層ポリエステルシート。
- 前記基材層および被覆層をそれぞれ1以上含む、請求項1に記載の多層ポリエステルシート。
- 前記基材層の厚さ対比の前記被覆層の厚さの比率が5%〜75%である、請求項1に記載の多層ポリエステルシート。
- 前記被覆層に含有されたポリエステル樹脂の固有粘度は、0.40dl/g〜0.60dl/gである、請求項1に記載の多層ポリエステルシート。
- 前記被覆層に含有されたポリエステル樹脂中、中心金属原子を基準として1ppm〜300ppmの重縮合触媒、10ppm〜300ppmのリン系安定剤、または1ppm〜100ppmのコバルト系呈色剤を含有するポリエステル樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の多層ポリエステルシート。
- 前記被覆層または基材層は、紫外線遮断剤、酸化防止剤、潤滑剤、帯電防止剤、衝撃補強剤、微細粒子からなる群より選択された1種以上の添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の多層ポリエステルシート。
- 請求項1に記載の多層ポリエステルシートを含む、成形品。
