Abstract
Description
圧着していない前記駆動回路又は前記誘導回路向を、前記誘導回路又は前記駆動回路に垂直な方向へ反転し、反転した後の折り曲げ箇所を折り曲げ領域内に位置させるステップ(b)と、
反転した後の前記駆動回路又は前記誘導回路を、前記静電容量方式タッチパネルの前記駆動回路層又は前記誘導回路層に対応的に一体に圧着することで、前記FPCの実装を完了するステップ(c)と、を含む。
上記FPCを静電容量方式タッチスクリーンに実装する実装方法は、以下のステップを含む。

5、5’ 誘導回路
6、6’ 駆動回路

Claims (10)
- 静電容量方式タッチパネルの誘導回路層、駆動回路層に、それぞれ整合する誘導回路(5)、駆動回路(6)を備え、前記誘導回路(5)と前記駆動回路(6)は、、それぞれ、前記誘導回路層、前記駆動回路層に勘合して接続する複数の接点(9)を有し、前記誘導回路(5)と前記駆動回路(6)との間にIC駆動チップ(4)が設置される静電容量方式タッチスクリーンのFPCであって、
前記誘導回路(5)と前記駆動回路(6)は、互いに平行に設置されるか又は同一の直線に位置し、前記誘導回路(5)又は前記駆動回路(6)に折り曲げ領域(10)が設置され、前記誘導回路(5)又は前記駆動回路(6)は、前記誘導回路(5)が前記誘導回路層に整合し、かつ前記駆動回路(6)が前記駆動回路層に整合するように、前記駆動回路(6)又は前記誘導回路(5)に向かって反転することができ、反転した後の折り曲げ箇所(11)が前記折り曲げ領域(10)内に位置することを特徴とする静電容量方式タッチスクリーンのFPC。 - 前記誘導回路(5)と前記駆動回路(6)の前記接点(9)を有する側辺は同一の直線に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電容量方式タッチスクリーンのFPC。
- 前記折り曲げ領域(10)は、前記駆動回路(6)上であって前記IC駆動チップ(4)側の位置に設置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の静電容量方式タッチスクリーンのFPC。
- 前記折り曲げ領域(10)は、前記接点(9)を有しないことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の静電容量方式タッチスクリーンのFPC。
- 前記誘導回路(5)と前記駆動回路(6)の前記接点(9)が設置されていない側辺は異なる直線に位置することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の静電容量方式タッチスクリーンのFPC。
- 前記誘導回路(5)又は前記駆動回路(6)が反転した後、前記誘導回路(5)と前記駆動回路(6)は垂直になることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の静電容量方式タッチスクリーンのFPC。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のFPCを静電容量方式タッチパネルに実装する実装方法であって、
前記FPCの誘導回路(5)又は駆動回路(6)を、前記静電容量方式タッチスクリーンの静電容量方式タッチパネルの誘導回路層又は駆動回路層に整合するように一体に圧着するステップ(a)と、
圧着していない前記駆動回路(6)又は前記誘導回路(5)を、前記誘導回路(5)又は前記駆動回路(6)に垂直な方向へ反転し、反転した後の折り曲げ箇所(11)を折り曲げ領域(10)内に位置させるステップ(b)と、
反転した後の前記駆動回路(6)又は前記誘導回路(5)を、前記静電容量方式タッチパネルの前記駆動回路層又は前記誘導回路層に整合するように一体に圧着することで、前記FPCの実装を完了するステップ(c)と、を含むことを特徴とする実装方法。 - 前記ステップ(a)の前に、前記誘導回路(5)及び前記駆動回路(6)を平坦化するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の実装方法。
- 前記誘導回路(5)と前記駆動回路(6)の接点(9)を有する側辺は同一の直線に位置し、前記誘導回路(5)と前記駆動回路(6)の前記接点が設置されていない側辺は異なる直線に位置することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の実装方法。
- 前記折り曲げ領域(10)は、前記駆動回路(6)上であってIC駆動チップ(4)側の位置に設置されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の実装方法。
