一种电容式触摸屏的FPC排线绑定,它包括FPC排线,其特征是在FPC排线的弯折区两边设置FPC排线的绑定区,这样FPC排线弯折的时候,受力面积也就只是针对排线的出线处,不会影响到两边的压合绑定区。本实用新型的有益效果是,可以把FPC出线处的区域完全空出来。出线的两边来做压合绑定区,这样FPC弯折区域不但可以做大,防止与机壳干扰,而且弯折起来不影响压合绑定区域,避免弯折拉扯所产生的银胶断线,以至于整块产品报废。

 本实用新型涉及一种FPC排线绑定,尤其涉及一种电容式触摸屏的 FPC排线绑定。
背景技术
现在的电容式触摸屏,其FPC(柔性电路板)排线的绑定是按照FPC的出线处压合绑定,这样绑定处经过多次弯折拉扯后易出现银胶断线,造成触摸屏的功能不良。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电容式触摸屏的 FPC排线绑定,这种电容式触摸屏绑线位置牢靠,多次弯折其都不会出现银胶断线。
本实用新型是这样来实现的,它包括FPC排线,其特征是在FPC排线的弯折区两边设置FPC排线的绑定区,这样FPC排线弯折的时候,受力面积也就只是针对排线的出线处,不会影响到两边的压合绑定区。
本实用新型的有益效果是,可以把FPC出线处的区域完全空出来。出线的两边来做压合绑定处,这样FPC弯折区域不但可以做大,防止与机壳干扰,而且弯折起来不影响压合绑定区域,避免弯折拉扯所产生的银胶断线,以至于整块产品报废。
