目前市场上基本上所有的电容式产品的排线绑定设计都是直接引出的,一般都不会考虑到绑定的安全指数,稳定提升等方面的设计规避的观念,众所周知,FPC排线的绑定接口是所有需要绑定产品的连接桥梁,更是功能性的命脉所在, 目前所有关于排线绑定接口设计的产品普遍存在的使用一定的时间后;FPC绑定接口要不就是拉断,要不就是接触不良等隐患的问题。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种防止应力集中,弯折灵活的电容屏FPC绑定接口。
本实用新型是这样来实现的,它包括FPC绑定接口、绑定接头Ⅰ、绑定接头Ⅱ、弯折槽、FPC,其特征是FPC绑定接口的末端分枝为绑定接头Ⅰ和绑定接头Ⅱ,FPC绑定接口的与FPC结合处的左右两侧均设有U形弯折槽。
本实用新型的技术效果是:利用小面积绑定原理,把FPC绑定接口的末端分枝为绑定接头Ⅰ和绑定接头Ⅱ,再分开对绑定接头Ⅰ和绑定接头Ⅱ进行固定,这样有效提高了电容屏FPC绑定接口的连接强度,FPC绑定接口的与FPC结合处的左右两侧均设有U形弯折槽,防止在拉扯FPC时的应力集中,有效保护了FPC绑定接口的稳定性,避免被拉断的可能性。

如图1所示,本实用新型是这样来实现的,它包括FPC绑定接口1、绑定接头Ⅰ2、绑定接头Ⅱ3、弯折槽4、FPC5,FPC绑定接口1的末端分枝为绑定接头Ⅰ2和绑定接头Ⅱ3,FPC绑定接口1的与FPC5结合处的左右两侧均设有U形弯折槽4,利用小面积绑定原理,把FPC绑定接口1的末端分枝为绑定接头Ⅰ2和绑定接头Ⅱ3,这样在实际操作中,只要分开对绑定接头Ⅰ2和绑定接头Ⅱ3进行固定,就能固定整个FPC绑定接口1,有效提高了电容屏FPC绑定接口1的连接强度,FPC绑定接口1的与FPC5结合处的左右两侧均设有U形弯折槽4,在使用时,拉扯FPC5,由于弯折槽4的存在,防止应力在FPC绑定接口1处的集中,有效保护了FPC绑定接口1的稳定性,避免了被拉断的可能性。
